To prepare production working budgets and seeking of internal approvals as per process. Managing production logistics. Ability to devise, prepare & manage all production operations reports.

Making all projects budgets, Negotiating with Cast, Crew technician & vendors for best deals, Ensuring projects are completed within budget, Planning & Smooth execution, Timely sign offs, Reconciliation and closing of bills to Finance.
