JANE QUESNEL
TRAINER | COACH | LEARNING MANAGER | PERFORMANCE CONSULTANT Jane Quesnel B Comm (Hons), MHRM, is currently the Head of Training and Performance Consulting for the English Caribbean at Scotiabank Limited, where for the past year and a half she has been responsible for the development of the regional training strategy and a team of 15 training professionals, supporting and providing guidance in 19 countries for 6,539 employees. Her previous roles in her 4 year career at Scotiabank T&T Limited include Assistant Manager, Performance & Learning and Manager, Performance & Learning where she supported both T&T and Guyana. Prior to Scotiabank she was the Head of Human Resources and Administration for a medium sized electrical installation company where she focused on the areas of Policy Development, Change Management, Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Performance Management and Training and Development. Jane is certified and coached in Performance Consulting under the tutelage of Dana Robinson, author of Performance Consulting: A Practical Guide for HR and Learning Professionals and she is a certified facilitator for several workshops including: Sales Excellence, Coaching Sales Excellence, Fundamentals of Coaching Excellence, Situational Frontline Leadership and Managing Performance. In addition, Jane was on the board of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad & Tobago for 3 years where she served as the Public Relations Officer. Jane holds a Masters of Human Resource Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Commence (Hons) from the University of Guelph, Canada.
