1. Predelivery inspection is must. Always insist upon our delivery boy to break-open the
seal and check the cylinder for defect/leakage. Recap the cylinder before accepting.
2. If you doubt the quantity of gas in the cylinder have it weighed at our supply point before it
is connected.
3. Get the Installation checked / serviced only by our authorised mechanic and not by
deliveryman or an outsider. Insist on a cash memo for any amount paid.
4. Extinguish all open flames while changing the cylinder or servicing the appliance.
