IBM Portugal, S.A. - Lisbon Data Center Implementation Project Manager 05/2008 to Current As a Project Manager for the data center division, I am in charge of all aspects from pre-sales to delivery IBM High Efficiency Data Centers, being the front face to the client. I have full responsibility for delivering the data centres on time and within budget and report to the Site & Facilities Services Offering Leader. Develop appropriate business cases, present and gain all necessary approvals that deliver business unit requirements whilst maximizing the potential of the property portfolio. Work with some of the biggest enterprises in the area, such as APC, Emerson Lieber, LPG, etc. and manage around 15/20 people on each project. Ensure all projects are executed in compliance with critical facilities processes and procedures ensuring that project operations do not impact agreed service levels and availability criteria in data centers and other critical facilities.
