07.01.2006 WoodSharpening solucin de problemas 07.01.2006 Vamos a hablar de los errores tpicos de afilado de cuchillas y ajuste. 1. Las grietas se producen como consecuencia de ajuste del rodillo hoja incorrecta. La parte posterior de la cuchilla se frota constantemente contra el rodillo de brida y el caso se endurece la parte posterior de la hoja que da lugar a la formacin de grietas en la hoja de la parte posterior. Lets talk about typical mistakes in blade sharpening and setting. 1. Cracks happen as a result of incorrect blade roller adjustment. Otra posible razn para este problema es que la leva afilador est desgastado y es necesario sustituir. Las grietas comienzan en el punto en que la muela no alcanza la garganta. 3. You can see that CBN grinding wheel didnt sharpen the full tooth profile because the angle of the sharpener head is wrong.
