WATER IN THE MOON A news report appeared in the internet on 24-Sep-2009 speaks of presence of water in Moon. Moon is treated in Astronomy as a satellite of Earth, since it orbits around earth. But in Astrology it is treated as a planet, since it is a celestial body and is given significant pertinence. Moon is considered as mind, mother, sea, white colour and signifies, water, puss, etc. Astrology had very clearly deciphered and proclaimed probably more than 25,000 years back that Moon and Venus are watery planets and Moon signifies, water, puss, etc. It is a true fact that there is water formation in some form other in Moon along with Venus, while Venus will have chemical deposits too. This clearly indicates that the depth of ancient Indian technology and its research perseverance and revelations, which are yet to be matched by the much advanced modern world. It always antagonize ones mind as to how the ancient Indians found out all these factors when there were no modern equipments such as telescopes or satellite and its launching, etc. to probe another celestial body extensively. The secret and outcome of Technology and Research work should be handed down from generation to generation. Notwithstanding, the efforts and findings of ISRO and NASA have to be appreciated. While Niel Armstrong was the first human to set his foot on Moon in 20 July 1969 and 40 years passed since then, it will also been seen if those discoveries that are made and likely to be made in future is of any assistance to the human kind. SATURN AND MARS DESTRUCTION There was another news item published on 24-Sep-2009, which reads as:-At least 20 labourers were killed, 15 injured and nearly 70 feared trapped under the debris when a chimney at the under-construction thermal power plant of BALCO caved in at Chhattisgarh' Korba town on Wednesday. Around 300 labourers were working when the chimney, being set up by CEFCO company, at the under-construction thermal power plant of Bharat Aluminium Company Limited collapsed, District Collector Ashok Agarwal said. When Mars and Saturn are connected and they also get connected to other planets, there will be mass destruction and killings around the world. The currently planetary positions are: Sun is in own star in Virgo and is conjoined with retrograde Mercury and Saturn (in Sun star) and they are aspected by Mars from Jupiter star in Gemini. Jupiter is in Mars star and is in retrograde motion in Capricorn. Rahu is in Sun star and is conjoined with Jupiter. Ketu is in Cancer in Saturn star Pushya. On the day of accident in Chattisgarh, Moon was in Saturn star, Anuradha. Saturn and Mars when aspects each other, there will be destruction of buildings, installations, ships, aero-planes, human lives, etc. Sun signifies Government and Saturn will be the owner of Factories. Those who have got Saturn-Mars connection with 6,8 and Asc. should be very careful when such celestial combinations form. NEW ADVANCED SYSTEMS It is seen that the muhurta chart (even for marriage) is not fool-proof and has got many loopholes. Many marriages end up in divorce when solemnized after going though a muhurta chart. It is also felt that KP system does not have a muhurta system, but our Astro friend Mr Kanak Bosmia has been able to work out one muhurta system. For the first time in this edition of ASTROVISION, Mr. VSN Murthy has written an article on KP Muhurta on the principles laid down by Mr. Bosmia. We are sure more astro practioners will give much more importance to muhurta chart and analyze it deeply rather than just seeing the strength of Jupiter, thithi, vara, nakshatra, yoga, etc. while considering a muhurta chart.

This Article on Role of Bhadhaka is continuing from Jan 2009 issue. The Research Paper on Role of Bhadhaka Lord was submitted to KPAF International Summit 2008 wherein all the Ascendants were taken into consideration for Bhadhakas role in affecting the bhavas for which it is connected. In Fourth triplicity fourth Moveable Sign is Capricorn, while it is a third earthy sign which is 10th in Zodiac. K. Rosaiah Garu, (Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh State--at present) has decided to shift his office in to C block on VIJAYADASIMI dated 28Sep-2009 at 9-21 A.M. Untill now the current Chief Minister was administering the State from his office as Finance Minister, while earlier Chief Ministers including Late Mr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy has operated from the C-block in the State Secretariat at Hyderabad. The chart is cast as per the above information just to know astrologically how will be his popularity and success in politics (i.e.,) as C.M. if he goes into that C block. ANALYSIS

(1) Ascendant Sublord should signify 1, 5,9,11 for long life of an

event.

Ascendant sub lord Ketu is in 9 and Ketu is the sublord of 1 and 7 (Maraka). Ketu acts as an agent for Moon and Jupiter. Moon (3-10) is in the star of Sun (11 Badhaka) and in the sub of Jupiter (3-6). Jupiter (3&6) is in the star and in the sub of Mars (9, 2&7 Maraka). So it is not good for long longevity. Except Venus, all the planets are in any way connected in the stars and sub of the significators of Maraka and Badhaka. So, short longevity is predicted.
(2) 9th Sublord should signify 9, 10, 11, 2, 6. Sub lord should be Saturn or Mars .

9th sub lord Mercury having no planets in its stars (11 Badhaka- 9 & 12 Moksha) is in the star of Sun (11 Badhaka) and in the sub of Moon (3&10). Thus Mercury even though signifies 9 & 10. (3) 10th sublord should signify 9,10,11,2,6. Sub lord should be Saturn or Mars.

10th sublord Jupiter (3, 3&6) is in the star and sub of Mars (9, 2&7 Maraka). Thus 10th sublord Jupiter signifies 9th as well as 2&7 Marakasthanas. (4) 11th sublord should signify 9,10,11,2,6. 11th sublord Mars (9, 2&7 Maraka) is in the star of Jupiter (3-6) and in the sub of Ketu. Ketu indicates seventh Maraka strongly. (5) Dasa and Bhukti should signify 9,10,11,2,6, As Dasa lord Sun (11 badhaka) is in the star of Moon (3-10) and in the sub of Mars (9, 2&7 maraka). As Bhukti lord Jupiter (3-6) is in the star and sub of Mars (9, 2&7 maraka) Thus the dasa and bhukti lords are also not favourable. (6) This muhurtha is selected in Chara Rasi. 11 th house will become the badhakalord for it. It should not be selected. Therefore after careful observation of the above mentioned points, we can come to a conclusion that our present Honourable C.M. Sri.K.Rosaiah garu may not continue as Chief Minister and he may be terminated / escaped from the post of Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

1 (a) My daughter was in the advance stage of pregnancy ie., about to deliver within days and my Wife is very anxious to know the gender of the child and also the date of delivery and to know the results through K.P. System has pursued my daughter repeatedly to tender a number between 1 to 249. But my daughter some how was reluctant to give the number for the reasons unknown, and may be afraid of caesarean operation, as during the consultation with the Doctor the Doctor has expressed the doubt that there may be a possibility of caesarean operation. (b) My wife, who was in vain to get the number from my daughter, finally approached me and raised a query on behalf of our daughter. Query: Date of Delivery and gender of the child of my second daughter? And nature of delivery? The number given between--1 to 249 was 125. (c) I have taken up the case for analysis on 22-07-2008 at 8-24-44 P.M. at Nellore : A.P. As per the above number i.e., for 125 and the Lagna falls at Thula Rasi at 00-00-00. As the Query relates to our second daughter, the Lagna of my daughter will be the 7 th House from Thula Rasi (As the K.P. followers are well known that the 5 th House represents the 1st issue and the 7th House belongs to the 2nd issue). (d) Accordingly, the Lagna of my daughter is fallen at Mesha Rasi at 00-00-00 and the delivery relates to the 2 nd issue of my daughter, so the 7 th house from Mesha Rasi should be taken for consideration regarding the 2 nd issue of my daughter and the chart is prepared as follows.

2 (a) For child birth (for second issue) Houses 2nd, 7th and 11th should be judged. As the pregnancy was confirmed and the delivery will take place within day, I ignored to find out the significators of the above Houses and my aim was to know sex of the child and date of delivery and also the nature of delivery. So I have also ignored to follow the Dasa system also, which in progress at present and I mainly depended on the transit of Moon, because the event will take place within days. So, I have firmly decided to know the date of delivery of the child with the help of the transit of the Moon and Lagna with the help of Ruling Planets at the time of Judgment. (b) First I wanted to know the sex of the child. For this we have to examine the Sub Lord of the 7th House. As said supra, the 7 th House fallen at Thula Rasi at 00-00-00 and the Sub Lord is Mercury. So the Sub Lord Mercury will give the clue about the Sex of the Child. (c) Mercury is in the Star of Punarvasu and the Lord of the Constellation is Jupiter a Male planet in the Dhanur Rasi a Male sign. Further, the Sub Lord Mercury is in Midhuna Rasi a Male Sign. Moreover, the Jupiter, the Governor of Children (Puthrakaraka) is also aspecting the Mercury with his 7th aspect from Dhanur Rasi. So, without any doubt or dilemma, I boldly declared that my daughter is going to be blessed with a male child. 3 (a) Now, I wanted know the nature of the Delivery i.e., whether it will be a normal one or requires caesarean operation, for this I have examined the 7 th House ( 7th House represents the 2nd issue) and noticed there is no influence of the Mars on the 7 th House, only the Saturn is aspecting this house with his 3 rd aspect from Simha Rasi. Further, the Jupiter from his own Rasi viz., Dhanur Rasi is aspecting the 1st House ie., Lagna Bhava ie., the Querent with his 5 th aspect and more particularly aspecting the Mercury, the Sub Lord of the 7 th House and also Saturn and Mars with his 9 th aspect. So the Mars the Karaka for Surgical instruments and operation is receiving the benifical aspects from the Jupiter and as a result there is no chance for the Suzerain operation and the delivery will be the normal or natural delivery. (b) Now, I want to find out the date of the delivery of the child. Both the Mars and Saturn or very strong and fruitful Ruling planets by holding two portfolios each ie., Mars as Lagna Star Lord and Day Lord and Saturn as Lagna Lord and Moon Rasi Lord. So the Mars Saturn Jupiter are going to play vital role to give the clue to know the date of delivery (But as the Jupiter is under Retrogression, so his role is limited). (c) In my observation I came to a conclusion that the Saturn is going to play very important role, why because, in the chart the Saturn is in Simha Rasi in the 5 th House along with Mars and aspecting the 7th 11th 3rd Houses with his 3 rd 7th and 10th aspect respectively. Further, the Jupiter from the Dhanur Rasi is aspecting the Saturn and Mars with his 9 th aspect. As a result the Saturn being an Outer Planet has taken the Mars and Jupiter under his control and both the Mars and the Jupiter should act as per the directions of the Saturn only. So, when the Moon transit in the above combination that will be the date of the delivery of the Child and after a brief scrutiny and exercise I have selected the Vrichika Rasi the sign Lord is Mars and in the star of Jupiter Visakha is the correct one, why because Moon is in the 11 th House in Kumbha Rasi being a fast moving planet owing the 5 th House is being aspecting by the Saturn. So the Moon will comes under the control of Saturn and the Saturn being the Sub Lord of the 11th House should yield the result of the Moon ie., fulfillment of desire as early as possible. (e) Considering the above fact and as per the K.P. Ephemeris 2001-2010 on 09-08-2008 at about 4.20 P.M. the Moon will enter in to the Vrichika Rasi, the Sign Lord is Mars, in the Star of Jupiter Visakha. So, the said delivery should be took place on 09-08-2008 Night or 10-082008 early hours. Accordingly I advised my daughter to join in the Nursing home only on 0908-2008 ie., on Saturday evening, even though the Doctor has already advised my daughter to Join in the Nursing home on 07-08-2008 ie., on Thursday itself. (f) Subsequently in the Scanning it is known that the Sex of the Child is a Male. Part 2 1(a) After a couple of Days while I am referring the old Magazines of A & A and K.P. Readers it is struck in my mind that our beloved Gurujee Sri.K.S.K. in the 6 th Reader had predicted not only the date of birth of the child, but also casted the birth chart of the Child well in advance and it is proved 100% accurate and correct on a later date. For the benefit of the learned K.P. followers I reproduce the key points of the article ( 6 th Reader viz., Horary Astrology 3 rd Edition 1978 from Page 204 to 209 under the caption of When is the Child Birth) It was the 9th September, 1969. I was attending an evening party along with many high Government officials and their families. One of the top officials (who is also my best friend wanted me to predict the correct date and time when his wife would give birth to a child as she was in the family way. I immediately wanted to put the principles of Krishnamurti Padhati to test and asked him to give a number within 249. He said 245 (a) The number 245 mentioned shows the Lagna is Pisces sign, Revathi nakshathra ie., between 22-13-20 and 23-20-00. This area is ruled by Guru as the sign lord, Budha as the star lord and Moon as the sub Lord.

(b) The Moon at the time of query was also passing over Cancer (Kataka) 28-01-00, which area is ruled by Moon as the star lord, Mercury as the lord of the nakshatra and Saturn as sub Lord. (c) The day was Tuesday, its lord being Mars which at that moment was in Vrichika, Mars sign, Mercury nakshatra and Saturn sub. 20-52-00

Summing up (a), (b) and (c), the positions of the planets functioning as significators ; were : (a) Jupiter, Mercury and Moon. (b) Moon, Mercury and Saturn. (c) Mars, Mercury and Saturn. The above significators immediately gave me the clue that the strongest among them were Mercury, Moom and Saturn and the date of birth of the Child would be on the day when Sun will pass over Virgo sign, Hasta nakshatra ie., 15-40-00 to 17-46-00 = Mercury sign, Moon nakshatra and Saturn sub which will be only on the night of Saturday the 4 th October, 1969 and before sun-rise on Sunday. Accordingly, I asked the gentleman to reserve a cabin in the Nursing Home, from the 4 th October, 1969, and shift his wife there on the afternoon of that date. He was not prepared to heed my advice on the ground that his family physician and the lady doctor treating his wife for the last eight months had emphatically told him the date of birth as 27-09-1969 and accordingly all his arrangements in the Nursing Home were finalised. His family physician was also present at the party, and on hearing of my prediction he came to argue with me. He confirmed again that the date calculated was 27-09-1969 on the basis of medical science and could not fail. I simply smiled and told the gentleman who put the query that if he could easily afford to bear the charges of the nursing home for one week unnecessarily, he could do so. I further informed him that after an hour when I would go back home, even the correct time of birth could be given to him by me, after a detailed calculation. He accompanied me to my place and, after detailed working, I told him that the date of birth would 4/5-10-1969 (Saturday night) and the time would be 2-50 A.M. (IST) He profusely thanked me for my labour. Under medical guidance, he shifted his wife to the Nursing Home on 25-9-1696 and kept her there till 29-9-1969 but without any avail. He then came to my place on 30-09-1969 to get my confirmation again, held to the same opinion. Accordingly to my advice, he again admitted his wife in the nursing home on 4-10-1969. The next morning at 6 A.M. he came, this time to congratulate me on my prediction he was blessed with a son at 2.50 A.M. on Saturday night, ie., on 4/5-10-1969, precisely as was predicted 26 days in advance. (b) So, the above prediction attracted my attention and wants to try to prepare the birth chart of my Grand Son as per the principals and techniques envisaged in the said article, and I have gathered the courage before starting the work and first I have prayed the Lord Uchishta Maha Ganapathi and our Gurujee to bless me and guide me to travel in a right path to find out the exact moment of the delivery of the child. (c) In the 1st Part I have predicted upto the level of date of delivery of child only and now, wanted to pin point the moment of the child birth. So for the transit of the Moon will helped me to find the date of delivery and again decided to follow the transit of the Moon further as the Jupiter the Puthrakaraka has helped the querent to create the scene and arranged everything for the delivery. Beyond that he has no power to act further, why because Mars and Saturn are more powerful than Jupiter. So, the further results can be yield by the Saturn and Mars only and among them the Saturn is more powerful than Mars, why because the Saturn is favourably aspecting the 7th House and 11th Houses being the owner of the 11th House and also as the Sub Lord of the 11 th House. Further, as a Ruling planet the Saturn is holding two Portfolios viz., Lagna Rasi Lord and Moon Rasi Lord.

(d) In the chart at the time of judgment the Moon is in the Kumbha Rasi ie., in the 11 th House in Purvabhadra Star of Jupiter and said Moon is being aspecting by the Saturn and Mars from the Simha Rasi from the 5th House. As mentioned earlier, the Saturn being the Outer Planet, through his aspect on the Moon, the Moon will came under the dictum of the Saturn and the Saturn is also aspecting the 7 th and 11th Houses being the owner of the 11 th House. So I have decided that the delivery will took place when the Moon transit in Saturn Star Anuradha in Vrichika Rasi the birth of the child will took place, Provided the transit of Lagna will tallied or agreed. 2 (A) In this connection I would like to mention the Golden words stated by late Sri.M.P.Shanmugam a learned K.P. Astrologer in his book viz., Astrosecretes and Krishna Murthy Paddathi Part-I in Page No.275 and 276 (4th Addition 2003). Very Important : The dasa / bukthi / anthara bring a matter to happen very close to the timing of event, and their job is over for the purpose they existed. Having approached very close to the timing of event, to fulfill and finalise the event they have to adopt a different type of strategy. Or they will hand over the matter event for completion to the strategic operators. Who are they ? is explained as below They are the Sun transit, Moon transit and Lagna transit. Any matter and event to be completed will have to be operated by these trios, that is Sun, Moon, lagna transits. That is, if a matter-event has to take place after 30 days and within a year, first Sun transit is to be studied. Then Moon transit should fully cooperate with that of Sun transit and finally the lagna transit should be on the sensitive point of the Zodiac. If the matter event has to take place within 27 days, we need not look to Sun transit, but only to Moon transit and Lagna transit on the sensitive point of the Zodiac. Every matter event to be completed, at the final stage, will have to be operated only by Lagna transit. The Lagna transit will be roughly for 2 hours in a sign. The matter event will have to take place only during this 2 hours. Even within this 2 hours, it is absolutely possible to tell the exact time, to the hour and minute of the event taking place without fail. The how of it is also explained very clearly. (b) Basing on the above technique and guidelines as the event will be took place within days I have taken or consider the transit of the Moon and Lagna only and accordingly I worked out the transit of Moon in Saturn Star Anuradha. (c) Find out the exact time of the even, the role of Sub-Sub Lord is also very important, otherwise we can not get 100% accurate results. So the transit of Moon and Lagna should be worked out upto the level of Sub-Sub to get the accurate the results. (d) On 09-08-2008 at 11.05 P.M. the Moon will be in Mars sign Vrichika and in the Saturn star Anuradha and Sub and Sub-Sub of Saturn upto 11-44 P.M. Further, I want consider or select the Mars as Sub-Sub Lord instead of Saturn, why because, between 11-05 P.M to 11-44 P.M the Lagna will raise in Mesha Rasi Lord Mars and in the Star of Venus. So, the transit of Lagna is not tallied as Venus is not a ruling planet. (f) After that the Mars will act of the Sub-Sub Lord of Moon in Saturn Sub from 01-53 A.M. to 02-07 A.M. on 9/10-08-08 and the delivery should took place in the above period only, provided as per the golden rule if the transit of the Lagna agrees. (g) The another reason to select the Mars as Sub-Sub Lord is that the Mars is the Lord of the 8th House, the 2nd House to the 7th House which represents the family (Kutumbha Sthanam) and increase the additional member in the family. Moreover, the Mars from Simha Rasi is aspecting the 8th House with his 4th aspect, so I have consider the Mars is the right choice to act as the Sub-Sub Lord when the delivery took place. (h) Accordingly on 9/10 -08-08 at 1.55 A.M. the Moon will transit in Mars sign Saturn Star and Sub and Sub-Sub of Mars and by the time the Lagna will raise in Vrishabha Rasi in Mars Star Mrugasira in the Sub and Sub-Sub of Saturn. For cross check when I worked the Lagna at 01-54 A.M. ie., One Minute in advance the SubSub Lord is Rahu and for 01-56 A.M. ie., One Minute latter the Sub-Sub Lord is Mercury. But, both Rahu and Mercury are not the Ruling planets. Hence, the Lagna is also tallied exactly at 01-55 A.M. only when the Saturn act as Sub-Sub Lord. After the above analysis I have confidently declared that the birth of the child will took place exactly at 01-55 A.M. on 9/10-08-08 ie., on Saturday nigh and early hours of Sunday. Conclusion : On 10-08-2008 at about 02-15 A.M. I have received a Phone call from my wife stating that the child birth took place around 02.00 A.M., and the Delivery is a normal delivery after receipt of the message I was surprised with a sweet shock and wondered how perfect and scientific the K.P.System is, in predicting the events exactly upto the level of Minute and thanked our Gurujee Sri.K.S.K. in my heart. While discharging my daughter from the Nursing home, the Doctor has issued a Discharge Certificate in which the time of deliver is noted as 02-04 A.M. on 10-08-2008. As all are well experienced that the time noted in the Discharge Certificates in the Hospitals may not be correct one for the reason that at the time of delivery the Staff will take care only on the birth of the child and health of the mother instead of noting the exact birth time. Further, to the labour room they will never allow others at the time of delivery so the relatives have no chance to record the correct time of birth of the Child. In this manner with the blessings of Uchishta Maha Ganapathi and our beloved master Jyothisha Marthanda Jothismannan late Sri.KS Krishna Murthy I have casted the birth chart of my Grand Son viz., Chi. Now most important is the transit of moon. Moon should transit in strong Signficator which will indicate the day of an event. 17. Now look into transit of antharlord as well as sooksmalord if they are also in favorable Signficator then the event will fructify. 18. It is also necessary to note the strength of planet in Navamsa chart or in relevant divisional chart such as Drekkana, Chathuramsa etc. 19. Sooksma lord should be the strongest and next anthra lord 20. Cuspal linkages are most vital and their effects should be considered. 21. Zerorasis, Birth yogi, Avayogis is also important 22. By SUBHASH NAIR Sun is considered as king of the solar system. The Sun is the center of solar system. Its mean distance from earth is approximately 14,96,00,000 kms. The average rotation of Sun in zodiac is 1 everyday and therefore it takes exactly one year to go around the zodiac. Sun enters Mesha rasi (Aries) every year around 14 th of April and Keralites celebrate Vishu to mark the years prosperity. On Pongal day, people worship Surya in Tamil Nadu.
Sun is the natural source of energy, light and heat. It is a hot, dry, masculine and positive planet. He is God of Fire and fiery in nature. Sun signifies the direction as east. His color is orange. Sun represents Lord Brahma with his four faces causing the four seasons and four elements (Fire, Air, Earth, Water). Sun represents the king of animals--Lion. Normally Pisces is selected as lagna for marriage purposes. The placement of Jupiter (who is said to give crores of bala or strength) is taken care. In this case Jupiter is posited in 11th house, which is an auspicious house. Mars and Venus are avoided in 8th house. 7th house should be free, while Moon should be free from afflictions. Week days and some important Moon stars are considered auspicious, which is known to the rank and file of Astrologers. These are the few important combinations considered for marriage muhurta. MARRIAGE For marriage take 7th house as primary house. 2nd house signifies addition of a member and 11th stands for longtime relationship and fulfillment of desires, etc, are taken as auxiliary houses. Houses negating to 2,7,11 shall negate marriage affairs. Hence take houses 1,6,10 who are negating houses. Take 12 th house for loss in general. Jupiter will signify judge. 8th house stands for impediments. Mars will promote arguments and quarrels. Dual signs and Mercury will show duality of relationships. 9 th will indicate 2nd marriage, since 3rd - younger co-born to 7th house. In other wards, 9th will be the second spouse. MARRIAGE As per Muhurta chart, marriage took place in Mon-Ven-Sat period. Dasha lord Moon is lord of 5 and is posited in 3 rd house. Moon becomes 11th lord for spouse and is aspected by Jupiter from 11th house. Bhukti Venus aspects 7th house, besides lord of 8 (being second house to spouse). Antara lord signifies 11th house. During that period Jupiter will be Mars star in Aquarius while Sun, Mercury, and Venus will be in Sagittarius. MARRIAGE MATCHING Almost all the marriages conducted after careful consideration of horoscope of both the girl and the boy. But some marriages fail despite proper marital alignments attained. Some astrologers definitely do not consider many aspects of martial life hidden in the chart. Both are in Sun star. 9 th promotes second marriage. Mars is in 11th house with vivaha karaka Jupiter, and it is felt that there will be a second marriage in this case.
