Experience 2009 to Present Hanover Public S.D. Hanover , PA Superintendent Hanover District Office Led the district through the PlanCon process renovating two elementary schools. Led the district in the renovation process to our athletic stadium Led in the development of our own cyber school Led in the implementation of major technology enrichment for our district. (1 to 1 chromebooks at the h.s., interactive whiteboard technology in all core classrooms k12, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) at m.s. and h.s.) Led in the implementation of our district strategic plan including the development of performance metrics. Led in the implementation of our instructional framework entitled, Learning Focused School.
