Dear Mr. Addo-Yobo, I hope this email finds you and your family doing well and the same for Benjamin and Yaw. After our last visit, there were a number of action items and issues left open that need some investigation for AT&V to wrap up our action items. In particular, the (2) large categories dealt with the following: 1. Operational procedures associated with certain items on the pipelines and with the storage tanks. 2. Asset descriptions, such as plot plans, types of foundations and current layout of pipeline, as well as, tank manifolds, etc. It was our understanding that these are detailed issues that will be part of AT&Vs initial investigation. It is our intent to answer some of our questions associated with these items and then push forward for the full engineering review of the project, as well as, current pipeline status and proposed de-bottlenecking. In an effort to help move forward and find answers to some of these issues, AT&V wanted to request the name and email address or phone number for individuals at each location who could answer some basic questions associated with their operational procedures.
