We have current vacancies in the following areas: Distribution Manager (Ref DM) As a distribution Manager, you will be required to ensure effective management of existing distributor relationships and expand reach by developing new alternate channels.You will also be responsible for expanding NBCs market share, creating value by growing NBCs sales through channels management, expansion and development. You will establish, monitor and manage SLAs with distribution vendors and undertake special projects to implement new systems and delivery channels in both UAE and overseas. You should have at least 5 years experience in CRM with a bank or a financial institution in the wealth management or priority banking area, university degree and excellent communication, negotiating and selling skills. Area Manager for Abu Dhabi Region (Ref AM) Our business is growing fast in Abu Dhabi and we need a local Area Manager to dedicate themselves to leading our sales in the Emirate. For this role you will need 5 year's local market experience of developing relationship based business and sales team handling Financial Advisor The purpose of the role is : * To help individuals and groups plan the use of their savings, income and investments through advise, planning and guidance. * To devise the best saving plan based on Bondholder's goals and lifecycle needs. * To train and lead a small team to run financial literacy seminars in public and private in different levels. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking on a course tutor role and should have at least 5 years experience as a financial advisor. Ultimately, the Saving Advisor role would be a combination of a sales and marketing responsibilities. The applicant must be a University Degree holder and have excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English languages. Shariah Advisor (SA) This role will primarily be responsible for managing Sharia internal auditing to ensure that all the products and services, operations and documents of the company are Sharia compliant as per the approved Shariah SOP. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree with 3 to 5 years experience in an Islamic Bank and should be well versed with Shari'a compliance and its importance. Risk and Compliance Manager (Ref RCM) The purpose of the role is to plan, develop, direct and ensure that risk management and compliance objectives are met in accordance with the stipulated policies by the Board of Directors, the Audit / Risk Committees, the Senior Management Committees, the regulators and the industry best practices. If you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in the financial services sector), have a relevant bachelor degree, an in-depth knowledge of Basel III framework and UAE regulatory and Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to speak fluent English and Arabic. Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) The CEM will be responsible for developing and nurturing existing customer relationships and will play a critical role in determining a suitable solution for the organization during difficult situations by working along with relevant Department Heads. Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing, this position will be required to assist with market segmentation and call campaign strategies; collect, research and develop effective information and data relevant to customers. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills in English and Arabic, with a minimum of 5 years prior experience in a similar position.
