Dear Sirs, Sub: Quotation for supply and Installation of Biometrics Attendance System - Reg. This Institute is interested to purchase below mentioned equipment of the following specifications for its use about 300 employees. You are requested to submit your lowest rates for supply & installation of the same. The interested party may visit Institutes Website www.csrtiber.res.in and offer their rates accordingly. Sl. Terms & Conditions: Sealed Quotation should be addressed to the Director, Central Sericultural Research & Training Institute, Berhampore-742101, Dist. Murshidabad, (West Bengal) duly superscribed, QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF BIOMETRICS ATTENDANCE SYSTEM. The Quotations should reach to this Institute on or before 05-06-2013 before 12.00 Noon which will be opened at 3-00 p.m. on same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representative who wishes to be present at the time of opening of the quotation. Quotations received after the due date shall not be entertained.

Performance Security @ 10% of the ordered equipment is required to be furnished in the form of Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of Director, CSR&TI payable on any Nationalized Bank at Berhampore (WB) after receipt of the order within 7 days. The same may also be deposited in Cash in the Cash Counter on any working day between 11.00 AM to 1.00 P.M. This Performance Security will be released after closure of Warranty period. The Performance Security in question will be forfeited in case of nonsatisfactory performance of the equipment during Warranty period.

Quotation should be valid at least for 90 days from the date of opening. Rate quoted should include F.O.R. destination, C.S.R.&T.I. , Berhampore, W.B. Rate should be quoted per unit/ nos. /pcs. /copies. The materials should be delivered and installed within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of confirmed order. Taxes/Statutory Duties and other charges if any should be clearly mentioned. Income Tax chargeable at source if any shall be deducted at the time of settling the bill. A certificate to this effect shall be issued in Form-16A. The quantity mentioned is tentative and may vary at the time of placing confirmed order of supply. PAN & VAT NO. must be indicated in the quotation. Payment will be made after satisfactory execution of the order as per specifications and terms and conditions. The Director or his authorized Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Quotation(s) without assigning any reason whatsoever. ` Yours faithfully,
