8. Conclusion
GRN is indispensable for public welfare
GRN protects the lives and property from natural disaster such as fire and earthquake GRN predicts and prevents the hazard or disaster in advance

Government gets the trust and respect from people

TETRA is the effective and well-directed solution up to now
is a proven and robust network to support stringent requirements of GRN provides the fastest group call to guarantee a time critical mission creates dynamic regrouping talk group with other members from various groups Equipment is supported by multi-vendor certificated by TETRA MOU

Decide GRN as the TETRA1&2 and deploy the TETRA right now!
PPDR network is the next generation solution
ITU and PPDR Forum for multimedia PPDR started the study for LTE specification Service model and Technical requirement will be published soon Harmonized Common frequency band for PPDR should be decided. Global broadband air interface standard for multimedia transmission is under test

Evolution from TETRA to PPDR based on LTE will be next solution!!
