The VG has been with held in respect of the following SDEs :(1) Sh.Polloju Kamalakar (S.No.1) (HRMS No.197302325), A.P. Circle.
(2) Sh.Gopal Prasad Jaiswal (S.No.11) (HR No.197412436) CG Telecom Circle.

The concerned circles are requested to regulate their provisional pension in accordance
with the relevant provisions of CCS (Pension) Rules 1972. The DCRG and Commuted Value of
Pension (CVP) in respect of the above mentioned three (3) officers should be with held till the
conclusion of the vigilance/disciplinary case as per the CCS (Pension) Rules 1972.

lt has been certified that no vigilance/disciplinary case is pending against any of the

other officer(s). However, if vigilance/disciplinary case come to the notice against any of them,
only provisional pension may be granted to the officer(s) concerned and their DCRG and CVP
withheld till the conclusion of the vigilance/disciplinary case(s) as per CCS (Pension) Rules,
1972. Such cases should be brought to the notice of CVO, BSNL, ST.DDG (Vig.)/DDG (Staff),
DoT and Sr.GM (Pers.) BSNL C.O. New Delhiimmediately.

Names of such SDEs(Telecom)/PS/PA may be intimated to this office immediately. lt may be
ensured that the aforesaid officials have been absorbed in BSNL.

Copy of the charge relinquishing report may be sent to all

concerned.
