A journey of exploration DHYAN Let us begin with a prayer to the Adi Shakti to guide us through this process a journey

in which her guidance and leading by our little finger, like a mother to her little child can alone lead us from the path of darkness to light from the path of ignorance to wisdom. First, place the right hand over the left heart, and say this with affirmation, I am pure Atman. I am of the nature of shuddha chaitanya. It is formless and is o f the nature of absolute knowledge, i.e. Existence knowing by itself, of itself, it is of pure love, it is of peace, it is bliss. It is nitya shuddha mukta chai tanya and gnyan swaroop. It is the essence of chaitanya. It is the pure Shiva ta ttwa. Then place your hand on the forehead, with palm on the Agnya chakra. Here you sa y , Shree Mataji please forgive all of us, we human beings in our ignorance have assumed mind to be the controller of everything and in this process have accumu lated of a lot of impressions over a period of millions of years, which have for med a huge residue of subconscious. Based on this subconscious we formulate thou ghts which lead a huge baggage, a huge accumulation of future projections, imagi nations into the future leading to a huge mountain of super conscious. Being irr etrievable trapped in this we are continuously making mistakes knowingly and unk nowingly. Please forgive us mother. Hame kshama keejiye maa. Then place your hand on the back agnya and say the mantra, Twamewa sakshat Shree Mahaganesh sakshat Shree Adi Shakti Mataji Shree Nirmala Devyai Namo namah; Twa meva Sakshat Shree Mahalaxmi sakskhat Shree Adi Shakti Mataji Shree Nirmala Devy ai namo namah. Shree Mataji, whatever I may have said knowingly or unknowingly wh ich may have hurt anyone or caused harm to anyone please forgive me Then place the hand half on the left neck, the fingers placed lightly over the s pine on the back of the neck and the neck itself turned slightly on the right. S incerely pray, the words coming from the heart center as it were, I am the pure A tman; hence I am not guilty of anything. I am pure. If at all I have done or sai d anything wrong then it is because of the distortions of my mind based on past wrong tendencies or unknown past ignorance. I shall be alert, and vigilant, so t hat with the power of my attention I will check any wrong thought that will come up in a similar future situation. Mataji, please give me the courage to do so. Thus the entire charkas from neck upwards get cleared and become very vibrant an d pure. Then place the right hand facing Shree Mataji, and the left hand on the void, al l fingers spread out and thumbs facing the center heart. Here say, Twamewa saksha t Shree Adi Guru Dattatray Sakshat (5 times) Shree Adi Shakti Mataji Shree Nirma la Devyai Namo namah. Then put your left hand in front of Shree Mataji and place your right hand on the Nabhi and say, Twamewa Sakshat Shree Adi Guru Dattatray Sa kshat( 5 times ) Shree Adi Shakti Mataji Shree Nirmala Devyai Namo Namah. While s aying this remember Shree Mataji s words that all the 10 gurus who were incarnatio ns of Dattatray had come at different points of time to set right the things tha t were wrong at that point of time and all of them had worked together in unison to bring about the evolution of the virata as a whole. Then put your right hand in front, and left hand on the liver and say, Twamewa sa kshat Shree Rajarajeshwari sakshat ( 3 times ) Shree Adi Shakti Mataji Shree Nir mala Devyai namah. While saying this remember that Shree Rajarajeshwari is respo nsible for making us work according to each one s Dharma in other words each organ will perform its own dharma. When the chakra gets cleared vibrations cool or ho t will come in the palm of the right hand. Next put your left hand in front and place the right hand on the left side of th e abdomen and say, Twamewa sakshat Shree Gruh Lakshmi sakshat Shree Adi Shakti Ma taji Shree Nirmala Devyai Namo namah. At this time remember the qualities of hosp itality of any householder. When the chakra is cleared the cool breeze will flow on the left hand. We should thereafter raise the Kundalini and take Bandhan. Only at this time the path is clear for the Kundalini to rise and tie up in knots on the Sahasrar. We pray silently to Mataji to guide us in our Dhyan. We begin by putting our attention on Mooladhar chakra and say the Ganesh Mantra.

We could visualize the four petals representing the four qualities of Ganesh ta twa. Then check the balancing by putting the attention on the central channel an d the flow of vibrations on both the palms of both the hands. Then come to the M ooladhar i.e. The triangular bone in which is located Gauri Kundalini. Say the G auri Kundalini Mantra. You can immediately feel Mother Kundalini rise. Immediate ly bring the attention to the Nabhi chakra on the spine and say the Laxmi Naraya na Mantra. Don t dwell for too long on each chakra. Because when Kundalini is risi ng on a cleared passage dwelling for long on each chakra may even damage the cha kra. You can see that the chakra is activated and one should move along. Only ch eck the balancing of central nadi and the vibrations on both hands. If necessary saying the first of the three Maha mantra leads to immediate balancing. Please check this out for your self before accepting. It does happen. Then Kundalini comes down to the Swadishtan chakra where you say the Brahma deva Saraswati Mantra. One could also say Hazrat Ali Fatima Mantra for additional ef fect. Check the balancing. The kundalini travels in a circular way on both sides equally and meets just below the central heart chakra. There with attention on the front side say the Adi Guru Dattatray mantra. Check the balancing. Then go to the Anahat chakra. There say, Twamewa Sakshat Shri Jagadamba sakshat o r Shree Durga sakshat as many times as you like preferable 12 or 16 times as by that time the lotus there actually starts opening fully. You will become courage ous and self confident. If any catch is there on the left heart you can say the Shiva Parvati mantra and if necessary i.e. if catch or slight discomfort is there on the right side say Sita Rama mantra. Come once again on the center heart and then move up to the vishuddhi chakra. He re say Radhe Krishna mantra. Repeat it as many times as you feel necessary to ac tually feel the Kundalini move on its own effortlessly upwards. Then putting your complete attention on three inches above the bone on the spine at the Vishuddhi chakra i.e. on the point of the medulla oblongata which you ca n feel as a very luminous or energetic point within you skull above the throat. That is the back Agnya where we say the mantra, Maha Ganesh sakshat, Shree Maha l axmi sakhshat Shree Adi Shakti Mataji Shree Nirmala Devyai Namo namah. When you s ay this with complete attention you will feel as if a bulb is lit up at that poi nt. This is the ego of the virata. It starts feeling very light inside the head. Then take your attention equally from both sides stretching from the hollow of the ears to the socket of the eyes to ultimately join at the point of the Hansa chakra in between the two eyes. There say Hansa chakra devta mantra followed by Mahasaraswati Mantra. As you say it move your attention from the physical Hansa chakra to coincide or reach near as far as possible near the illumined medulla o blongata point. Once you do this your muddled head becomes clear and literally w ise the viveka buddhi starts getting illumined. Over a period of time this even strengthens the optic nerves to relieve you of the need to wear any spectacles i n future. The next chakra is the Agnya chakra. This is a very subtle chakra as the space h ere to be crossed is very narrow. Our attention has to become very strong to pin point at the right area. We should try to focus from the Hansa chakra upwards a nd you can actually be guided gently by Kundalini herself up the narrow bridge t hrough the Agnya chakra. Here it is sufficient if you say the beeja mantra ksham as it is as powerful almost as powerful as Yeshu Maria mata Mantra. When you ha ve crossed the point some where inside the head at a point behind where we put t he bindhi, we are then faced with the 11 forces of the Ekadash rudra. Until you say the Ekadash Rudra Devata sakshat mantra you can actually see the 11 forces g uarding protectively the boundaries of Sahasrar. Then we should recall the twins Gautam Budha and Mahavir, the erstwhile Luv and Kush of Rama era, and guide them as they move and cross at a point above the Agn ya chakra inside the skull Budha from right to left and Mahavir from left to rig ht while saying the Mantra. The moment you finish it you will immediately feel a few dew drops like sensation on the sahasrar which is said to be the feet of Ad i Shakti being gently descending on top of the head at the Sahasrar. ] There only you can do is surrender. Surrender absolutely at the feet of the Maha

Shakti, the para shakti, the adi shakti, the universal mother where you have si mply to BE. You have to do nothing. Just feel yourself like a cell in the body o f the Mother. It is only here that you can actually experience Innocence, the Ga nesh tatwa in totality. Just experience it. Enjoy it. You can just simply stay there. You can also ask a nything you want of your Mother. She will only give it to you. It depends on you r wisdom to use mother s exclusive attention to ask wisely. Whatever you ask will be granted. Will you ask for material things? You can. She will not deny you. Bu t it will only make you want to ask for more. Ask for thoughtless awareness. You will get it. You will want more of it. You could ask for Atma Satshatkar and yo u will feel it descending upon you from above flowing through the vishuddhi and go to the heart giving you a gentle pleasure. Then it goes down to Nabhi giving you a sense of absolute satisfaction and contentment. Then it rises up again and settles down in the heart in unison with the Shiva tatwa. Lastly, don t forget to Thank your mother for having given what you have asked for . For what is a heart that has no gratitude for the invaluable treasure that has been just showered upon you with no expectations? Thank her. Bow down your head and humbly prostrate. Then once again rise up the Kundalini, take Bandhan and slowly wake up and come back into the world the familiar world that you know. Slowly rub your eyes and the soles of your feet before you get up.
