This document has been written as evidence by Kaiser , the party leader of F.C.P so that no member from the party shall have doubts about their current responsibility . Here you may find the details of the assignments given to each rank from our party structure and how you may obtain the desired post. Also be warned that the documents , (the pinned threads from the FCP Haven) shall remain classified and will only be discussed or debated about amend , requests or questions inside the FCP Haven or chat group from Skype with the party members.

The party leader of the Free Conservative Party(F.C.P) has the authority to assign and modify the rank of a current member from the party. Only the party leader may grant a party membership request unless he appoints the Propaganda Party Leader to accept or refuse party membership requests or if the party leader has been offline for 48 hours.

The propaganda party leader has the authority over the propaganda party assistants. As the propaganda party leader it is his duty to spread messages , symbols or posters about the values and ideas promoted by the Free Conservative Party(especialy in the two weeks before the elections) The propaganda party leader must spread only positive informations about the party , any negative informations meantioned by the propaganda party leader will be removed from his post. The propaganda party leader has the right to represent the party whenever the party leader is unavailable. As the propaganda party leader he can be suggested and supported in any type of elections. The propaganda party leader can assign a propaganda party assistant only if the potential propaganda party assistant has sent a private message to the propaganda party leader which contains the former and current posts in Europeia and the reason why he should be chosen as the propaganda party assistant afterwards a copy will be sent to the party leader to prove the existence of the private message. The propaganda party leader can assign only two propaganda party assistants. To become a propaganda party leader you must prove that you support the values of the party , that you have ideas , to be a political party officer and to send a private message similar with a C.V in which it has to contain your former positions in Europeia and why should the party leader promote you to the rank of the propaganda party leader.

As the propaganda party assistant he must help the propaganda party leader to accomplish his current assignments and to send a weekly report to the party leader of the Free Conservative Party about the activities in which he was involved. If the propaganda party assistant does not report in two weeks , he will be replaced by someone more capable. As the propaganda party assistant he has the right to request and receive the support of the party in case if he participates in the elections.

The political party officer are assigned directly by the political party leader. As a political party officer they can receive diverse assignments on a short period by the political party leader or by the propaganda party leader. They may also receive support from the other members of the party if they decide to participate as a candidate in elections. To become a political party officer , the member of the party must send a private message to the political party leader with the reason why should he be promoted as a political party officer.

As a member of the Free Conservative Party , the member has the right to suggest ideas , to suggest an amendment , to reply and post threads about issues from Europeia. He does not have the right to be supported as a candidate in elections.
