Prepare Draft Tender Documents and approvals from client Prepare Firm Total Cost Estimate ( FTCE) and obtain client's approvals Submit Priced and sealed Boq to the Client Bidding and Negotiation Phase Assist Client to issuing Tender documents Conduct pre bid meetings Assist Client for Tender Opening Evaluation of Bids and recommend responsive and evaluated Tenderers.
