SALE AGREEMENT (FULL and Final Payment) THIS SALE AGREEMENT is made at Hayatabad, Peshawar on this _______ day

of April 2008, between Sabiha Haq W/o Mr Sahib Haq NIC No.61101-3036296-0, Adult< R/o House No.379, Street No.13, Sector F-10/2, Islamabad (hereinafter called the First party- SELLER) which expression where the context so admits shall include and mean his/her heirs, successors-in-interest, legal representatives and assigns, of the one part; AND Muhammad Akram Afridi S/o Mr Olas Khan ,House No.283, Sector P-2, Phase-4, Hayatabad, Peshawar Holding NIC No. 17301-1671333-3 (hereinafter the Second Party- PURCHASER) Which expression where the context so admits shall include and mean his/her heirs, successors-ininterest, legal representatives and assigns of the other part, whereby agreed as under: WHEREAS the First Party is the lawful owner of the Plot No. 129, Sector F-4, Phase-6, Hayatabad, Peshawar, vide allotment Allotment Order No.___________________ dated _________ and the said plot is free from all sort of encumbrances and if there is any outstanding against the said plot, the same will be paid by the first party. AND WHEREAS the First Party hereby sells, transfers, conveys and alienate the said plot along with all its rights, interest, deposits, easements, appurtenance, privileges, advantages whatsoever attached with the said plot, in consideration of RS.1,41,00,000/- (Rupees one crore Forty One lac only) in favour of the second party and the first party has received full and final sale consideration of RS.1,41,00,000/- (Rupees one crore Forty One lac only) from the second party in the following manner:i) Rs 500,000/- through cheque No.6512328 dated 20-03-2008. ii) Rs.2,450,000/- through cheque No.394442 dated 31-03-2008. iii) Rs. 3,500,000/- through cash deposit dated 9-04-2008 iv) Rs. 2,600,000/- through cash deposit dated 10-04-2008 v) Rs. 300,000/- through cash deposit dated 10-04-2008 vi) Rs 300,0000/- through cheque No.5648058 dated 16-04-2008. vii) Rs 900,000/- through cash deposit dated 19-04-2008. viii) Rs 900,000/- through cash deposit dated 21-04-2008 AND THAT now there is nothing outstanding against the second party towards the above said plot. ANDTHAT the first party has transferred the said plot in favour of the second party, in the Office of the PDA, Hayatabad Peshawar. AND THAT the second party has now become absolute owner of the said plot and the second party has rights to use of sell/transfer the said plot in any shape to anybody else, desired by him. In this respect the first party will have no objection.
