Analyzing the problem may generate one or more hypotheses). LITERATURE REVIEW (This must indicate familiarity with the state of the art and basic data or materials on the proposed research. The data and materials may include the review of all appropriate information on the topic, e.g. al-Quran, Hadith, statutes, books, law reports, law digests, yearbook, articles, research works, Government reports etc. A review and analysis of the literature also anticipate some of the pitfalls ahead and show the readiness of the researcher to embark on the research.)
