The format for Cover/Inner Title Page, Faculty Guides Certificate and Students Declaration are given as Annexure I, II and III respectively. Submission of Report : a) b) c) d) Organisation in which SIP is undertaken Corporate Guide Faculty Guide PGP Office One copy One copy One copy Two copies

*At least one hard-bound copy (with the cover page navy blue in colour) must be submitted to the PGP Office, while the other copies can be soft-bound (like the PGP Manual). Any other form of binding (like spiral binding, stick binding, clip binding etc.) is not acceptable. The students are advised to prepare an additional hard-bound copy of the Project Report for their own record. This will invariably be required at the time of their placement interview. Date-wise Diary and ISIR: The students will also submit the following documents to the Faculty Guide a) Date-wise diary/log of work done during internship b) Internship Self-Information Report The ISIR should be of about 2,000 words, excluding the date-wise diary, and should include the following i) Particulars of actual work done, such as study of the organisation, training programme attended, market survey, interaction with the existing and prospective customers, canvassing new business, actual business mobilized etc. (The list is indicative, and not exhaustive.) The ISIR should contain details of each type of work done by the student. ii) What the student has learnt from summer internship project work.
