location. K² Photography. will reserve these times and make no other reservations for the
specific time frame. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable even if the date is
changed or if the session becomes cancelled for any reason.

K² Photography will take photos at a starting rate of________. Photo editing, a photo CD of
the ________ high- resolution images, is provided at no additional charge. Kerry Kennerson
will take photos of any occasion or scenery; prices vary on wardrobe changes and any other
special photography requests and will make every effort to take all requested photos.

An additional one-time travel fee of _____ will be charged if the session location is more than
30 minutes away from the home studios of K².

In the time of required photography service _______, travel ______ and sales tax _______
the total amount due for this event is _______. A deposit of 25% is due ________at the
signing of this agreement, the remainder ________ being due ___________. The deposit can
be mailed to 2801 W. Bay Area Blvd Apt#108, Webster TX, 77598 or made in person.

Unless otherwise specified, it is understood that the 150 + high resolution images taken for
the event and burned on CD may be used for advertising, display or any other purpose
thought proper by K² Photography or ________________. In short payment is for
photography services, photo lab editing and image rights. K² will offer printing services for
negotiable fees. If you would like to print your own photos, please keep this contract with you
when printing your images, as some photo printers may not print the images without printing
rights.

If Kerry Kennerson Jr. cannot perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to a fire, acts of
nature, terror, illness, injury or other cause beyond the control of the parties, then K²
Photography will return all fees to _______________________
CLIENT’S NAME
but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This limitation on liability
shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost
through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of
Photographer. Kerry Kennerson Jr. will provide the names of possible back-up photographers if
requested.
