BEER
Our beer list is headed by New Zealands leading premium craft beer, Moa. The Moa brewer y is situated in the world famous winemaking region of Marlborough, and the name Moa (New Zealands giant dinosaur bird) also derives from the region, as in the early days the founder of Moa hand delivered brews to archaeologists working a Moa bone dig near the brewer y Moa beer is brewed using traditional costly, inefficient and labour intensive techniques, with a focus on local ingredients, including internationally renowned New Zealand hops. It is rounded off through the use of winemaking techniques, like barrel ageing and bottle fermentation and conditioning (like they do with Champagne). We love it back home and we think youll love it too.

ON DRAUGHT
Moa Breakfast (Breakfast Lager, 5%) Moa Breakfast is a European style beer brewed with a blend of premium wheat malt and a variety of floral hops. A very refreshing lager with an abundance of cherry character and aromas, Moa Breakfast is more commonly enjoyed as a mid-afternoon beverage in New Zealand. Although not always. Moa Pale Ale (Pale Ale, 5%) Moa Pale Ale is a New Zealand take on a popular North American beer style. Using famous Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops, the dominant features in this beer are unique to New Zealand and the Moa bottle conditioned brewing method. Its hoppy strength displays powerful floral, citrus and tropical notes backed up with a strong malt backbone. Moa St Josephs (Belgian Tripel, 9.5%) Moa St Josephs is a classic Belgian Tripel. Strong spice, caramel and banana ester characters create complex flavours and aromas which are heightened by its extended bottle conditioning period. The combination of bittering hops, malt and candy sugars compliment the high alcohol content and integrate into a very approachable and drinkable Tripel. 8.0 8.0 8.0

Moa Blanc Evolution (Belgian Witbier, 6.2%) Moa Blanc Evolution is a Belgian style Witbier, with a small amount of coriander added during its extended maturation period giving it a unique spiciness. Rich and mouth-filling, it really is a true wheat lovers beer. Moa Five Hop (English Ale, 6.2%) Moa Five Hop is a New Zealand take on a traditional English ale. A range of Nelson Hops including Cascade, Pacifica, Motueka, Hallertau and Sauvin give Moa Five Hop a savoury, hoppy nose and creamy, honeyed characters on the palate.
