These delegates will experience a minimum of 6 keynotes, participate in 3 workshops of their choice, an industry Q&A session, social networking events, and attend an exclusive career-fair designed for delegates.

Below you will find a few of the student leaders who were united to create the STRIVE 360 Conference.

Rhyan Pietromonaco President & Co-chair

Rhyan is studying Marketing and Accounting at Mount Royal University. Along side his studies, Rhyans true passion is geared at fostering creative mindsets through innovation and diversity which lead towards positive potentials. Rhyan has recently worked as a key intellectual contributor in the medical field, the government sector, and for one Canadas biggest oil and gas companies. Currently Rhyan is working at the largest accounting firm in the world. Outside of work, Rhyan is actively involved in his community, taking on opportunities such as being a member of the Solar Decathlon team, and working on the Urban Exposure Project (a long term project with the United Way).

Stephen Yan VP & Co-chair

Stephen is an active student at the University of Calgary both on and off campus and believes in activating leadership in others. He is a dedicated, driven and open individual pursuing a double major in Marketing and Communications. While maintaining a full course load, Stephen works as the Expert Brand Logistics Manager for Gap Inc. On the university campus, he is also the President of Step Forward, Executive VP for the Calgary Conference on Philanthropy, the VP Communications and Marketing for AIESEC Calgary, and the National Coach Communications and Marketing for AIESEC Canada. Off campus, Stephen performs for the Kasayahan Performing Arts Foundation as a performer and choreographer.

Chad Neufeld VP Marketing

Chad is a passionate ideas guy. He is driven by the potential to see positive change in his school, work and community. A selfprofessed advertising nerd, Chad is studying Marketing at Mount Royal University and has spent two years working in the energy sector. His time with one of Canadas largest oil and gas companies has allowed him to be involved in a number of exciting initiatives including heading up a student website that he helped create and cochairing the companys United Way campaign. At school he leads the Marketing Society and represents MRU Marketing students on industry councils.

Ariane Terado

VP Business Relations
Ariane is currently studying Marketing and Supply Chain Management at Mount Royal University. She has had 3 years of experience in a very competitive sales environment with her passion and dedication being evident through the multiple promotions that she has earned in the same company. More recently, she has been very fortunate to be a key contributor to the new AIESEC Local Committee at MRU as the VP of Communications. This has allowed her to gain hands-on business experience with her Marketing Degree. In addition, it has also enabled her to transfer her experience in sales and staff management from work, to a Non-Profit Organization which has become a very useful learning experience.

Heywood Mok
VP of Finance
Heywood is a results orientated guy, he is motivated by helping those around him. An as intense number cruncher, Heywood is studying Accounting at the University of Calgary and has spent the past six months as a performance analyst at Canadas biggest energy company. At work, he provides financial and budgeting support to a multi - billion dollar project in the joint venture operations department. Heywood is also actively involved in various extra curricular roles including starting and becoming the biggest University of Calgary tutoring club, as well as being in charge of event planning at the university management consulting club.
