1. Step 1: Apply salty water

Mixing some salt into water.

2. Step 2: Make hair bungee

Using a hair-band and two kirby-grips make the hair bungee.

3. Step 3: Brush hair

Brush hair back through your hand towards a point at the back.

4. Step 4: Tilt head back to avoid sagging

When positioning your pony-tail, tilt your head back in order to avoid a loose section underneath.

5. Step 5: Position pony-tail

Position pony-tail between crown and oxhibital bone.

6. Step 6: Use hair bungee

Wrap pony-tail in hair-bungee and fix using kirby-grip.

7. Step 7: conceal hair bungee

Using a strand of hair, wrap round the bungee to conceal it.

8. Step 8: Smooth finish with hair spray

How To Determine Your Eyebrow Shape

The perfect eyebrow is seemingly unattainable, unless you're a celebrity. But with the help of Beverly Hills makeup artist Bobbe Joy. We here at VideoJug will show you how to determine and shape your eyebrows like a hot, Hollywood celebrity.

You will need

a thin stick a brow pencil

1. Step 1: Find Your True Shape

If you're brow is naturally angled, that's right for you. If you're brows are full, that's right for you. If you're brows are narrow, that's right for you. The idea is to work with what you have. Forcing a different shape onto your face doesn't work. Your brows will be more noticeable because they will just look out of place.

2. Step 2: The Inside Edge

Line the stick perpendicular to your face at the edge of the outside of your nose. Then with your brow pencil, mark a dot at the intersection of the stick and the highest point of your eyebrow. That's going to be the starting point for the shape of your brow.

3. Step 3: The Outer Edge

Line the stick from the outer edge of your nose to the outer edge of your eye. Again, make a dot with your brow pencil at the point where the stick and eyebrow meet. This will decide where your eyebrow will end.

4. Step 4: The Arch

Lastly, hold the stick perpendicular to your face and line the stick to the outside of the iris of her eye. Mark a spot with your brow pencil at the highest point of your eyebrow where the stick lands. This is where the highest point of your arch should tuck into.

5. Step 5: The Finishing Touches

How To French Twist Hair

Brush your hair so it's all on one side and use grips at the back to hold it in place. 2. Apply hairspray all over your hair. 3. Wrap the hair around your thumb and twist it up into a cone shape, holding it secure with your other fingers. 4. How To Create A Threading Instrument To Remove Hair

Originating from the middle east and India, threading is the ancient art of hair removal. With only some cotton thread, VideoJug will show you how to create your own threading instrument.

You will need

3-4 feet 100% cotton thread

1. Step 1: Get looped

Loosely tie a loop of thread around your neck.

2. Step 2: Create triangle

Create a triangle with your thumb and index finger about a foot down from your neck.

3. Step 3: Twist the triangle

Twist the triangle 7 times.

4. Step 4: Up and down

Lower and raise the loose end of the string while holding your triangle taut to create the rolling movement in the twists. This movement will catch a few hairs in the twists and will lift them out.

5. Step 5: The finish line

Find a volunteer and firmly place the line of twists onto the area to be threaded. 6. Move up and down while pulling on the loose end of the string. Slightly pull your neck away from the area being threaded. 7. The straight line of twists will catch any hair in it's path and is especially helpful when creating a neat eyebrow. Women with fairer complexion should avoid choosing super dark shades. It would be advisable to go for few shades darker than your natural hair color initially. If you are coloring hair on your own select couple of shades lighter than your current shade. Women with short hair look better with complete hair coloring rather than highlights. Highlights suit well women with medium or long hair. If you are coloring your hair for the first time, you might start with a semipermanent colors, unless you want to cover your gray hair. Before applying color apply vaseline around your hairline. Always wear hand gloves and put on an apron. Rinse your eyes immediately if the color gets into your eyes. If the color has stained your skin while applying, you can clean it with alcohol-based toner.

Do not be hesitant to visit your colorist in case you do not like the color. There are ways to fix the problem. Hair color is not easily removed. The only way to remove hair color is with a color removal product. Once you color your hair follow all the instructions given by your colorist. Use color enhancing shampoo and conditioner.
