EXPERIENCE

Field Maintenance Support Engineer Responsibilities include: Preventive maintenance activities within the cluster involved, including site maintenance when in the agreed scope. Trouble handling under the direction of the Network Operation Centre. Site visit reports to FLM Manager. Follows up and reports emergency generator fuel fillings and regular maintenance. Manages tools, test equipment, spare units etc. within the cluster. Sends and receives spare parts to vendors according to the spare parts process Maintains Site Folders. Looking for daily T-Prime issue for whole Central 1 Wapda issue for whole C1 region Wapda billing issue for C1 Customer support regarding P&I issues Weekly reporting for P&I Weekly meeting with customers regarding different issues (P&I). Participates with the field maintenance team in system and platform upgrades within the cluster.

Projects Delivered: 1. BTS Swap Ultra BTS to Flexi BTS ; 1500 sites in Central 2. 2. BSC swap Ultra BSC to Flexi BSC. 3. ODU swap New version microwave ODUs retrofits ; Compete Central 1 regions m/w hops replacements. 4. BSC rehoming NSS upgrade from R99 R4.

NSS Support Engineer (August 09 September 10) Responsibilities include: Complete study of the MSS & MGW and its Architecture Daily health checks BSC Rehoming or Reperenting Loop Break Testing Auditing in R4 or R99 NO audio testing

Projects Delivered: 1. Green field MSS/MGW commissioning. 2. Announcement loading Package in all C1 region.

TECHNICAL ASSIGNMENT
Internship in Managed Services Nokia Siemens Networks Complete study of the GSM system and its Architecture. Study of different types of antenna used in GSM Network. Software used in Network Planning and Optimization.
