PAGSULHUGON TALENT CRITERIA FOR ENTRY: 1. Competing individual can be a solo performer or a group not more done 5.

Compose of all male or all female or mix of the both. 2. All competing individual should belong to the Municipality of Babatngon only. 3. All competing individual must be at least at the age of fifteen (15) above. 4. All competing individual should fill up an entry sheet and WAIVER OF LIABILITIES. Failure to do so means disqualification of the entry. 5. All competing individual must register at and before May 8 and 9 at the Brgy. Hall at the presence of the event organizer and/or SK chairman. 6. Registration is from 9:00 am until 3:00 PM only no extension.

MUSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. The Perfromer must perform a minimum of 2 minutes only. 5 points shall be deducted from each judge for every five (5) seconds short or five (5) seconds exceeding the time limit. 2. Each competing Performer(s) should submit their music to the organizer or to the SK chairman only place in a short brown envelope together with their name(s) and the name of their group written in a piece of coupon bond with their WAIVER OF LIABILITY. 3. The competition music should be the only piece of music and recorded three times (3X) in the CD. (TRACK 1-3). 4. Group name should be written on the surface of the CD. DISQUALIFICATION: 1. Conduct unbecoming of a lady or a gentleman or any misconduct in the dressing room and/or backstage. 2. Falsification of important information 3. Performer(s) observe as being under the influence of or using drugs and alcohol. 4. All tosses are not allowed failure to do so mean disqualification of entry. 5. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or to remove anyone who is disruptive, unruly or display unacceptable behaviour to be determined at the event organizers sole discretion. STAGE RULE: 1. Performance order is determined by drawing of lots conducted by the competition organizer. 2. Blocking should be done two (2) hours before the event. 3. Costume, attire may include accessories such as hats, caps, gloves, scarves ,jewelry ,etc. removing pieces of clothing during the performance is permitted provided it is not offensive or out of character. Discarded clothing should be placed outside the stage and never thrown off the stage into audience. 4. Props allowed (i.e canes, chairs, tambourines, musical instrument and the like). Kneepads, helmet, or any other performing apparatus to aid in the safety and proper execution of moves is allowed but concealed, when possible. Using of pyrotechnics and fire crackers and other materials alike are prohibited, the crew who violate this rule is automatically disqualified.
