We have organised open days for student and prospective trainees that are looking to go into accountancy. This is to allow students to come and look what we have to offer in our courses and gain first hand information from us about the accountancy training and in house recruitment that we provide. The presentation will also discuss the in- house recruitment facilities which are offered to our trainees. There will be a group discussion, which will provide you the opportunity to ask questions and bring your view forward or anything that you feel needs elaborating. Our trainers will be there to present and explain their view and experience; also they will be able to explain the services that we offer to our students when they have completed the course. We will be discussing the GUARENTEED WORK PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES that follows after our training courses. Benefits of Practical Training Our practical training takes place on a one-to-one basis. The start date of the courses is entirely up to you. We can also arrange a customised training programme according to your requirements, after a consultation. Discounts are available if you pay the full fee up front. Training is delivered in a corporate training environment. We provide free Sage software to those candidates choosing a three months or longer course. We also assist candidates is preparing their CV We provide you with practical experience references on your CV - very important when job hunting. We arrange work placement (please note that it is unpaid) in different organisations via our sister company KBM Recruitment. We will help students to fulfil the requirement for work experience towards ACCA or AAT membership.

3 MONTH PRACTICLE
The 3 month Practical Training in Advanced Book-keeping & Payroll is for candidates that are looking to fast track their career in the accounting and payroll industry. Note that the training package counts towards your PER, as you are under management of the experts in their field and real work environment settings. We have carefully designed and planned our training to give candidates the compulsory practical skills to enable them practise and appreciate accounts from basis documents to the VAT return. By the end of training with us you will become skilled at the accounting procedures as applied in real life accountancy work. Every step has been designed to make sure that you gain the practical insight and skills of working in our accountancy practice. This training package is everything you need to demonstrate your competency for the following roles: o o o o o Book-keeper Accounts Administrator Sales Ledger Purchase Ledger Payroll Administrator

Candidates have the opportunity to master a computerised and payroll package of their choice from Sage, Sage Payroll, QuickBooks, IRIS, TAS or VT. In addition candidates have the opportunity to become proficient in Excel spreadsheets.
