However the candidates who have acquired Ph.D upto 31 st May, 2009 are exempted from NET or those who have been enrolled for Ph.D up to 31.5.09 shall become eligible for exemption from NET only on acquisition of Ph.D Degree For Non teaching posts: Qualifications & Pay scales as per Haryana Govt/KUK norms Age: 21-40 years as on or before the 15 days of the month next preceding the last date of submission of applications.
