Then the German doctor bragged, "That' 's
nothing, we can take a lung out of one person,
put it in another and have him looking for work

Only 1 in 10 Bangladesh
Garment Plants Safe: Report
DHAKA - Only one in 10 garment factory
buildings inspected by engineers from a top
Bangladesh university were structurally sound,
underlining the scale of safety problems for the
world's second-biggest clothes producer, the
head engineer said last Thursday.
Building and factory owners rushed to request
engineers check the buildings in the wake of
the collapse of the nine-storey garment factory
complex in April that killed 1,129 people,
Bangladesh's worst industrial disaster.
Six buildings, housing garment factories, have
been cleared as structurally sound after being
inspected by teams of engineers from the
country's prestigious Bangladesh University of
Engineering and Technology (BUET).
Structural flaws, ranging from minor to severe,
were discovered at another 60 buildings in and
near the capital Dhaka, including two that
could collapse at any moment, Mohammad
Muj i bur Rahman, head of BUET' s ci vi l
engineering department, told media.
"Of the 66, we found only six buildings to be
perfect and without any noticeable distress or
deviation," said Rahman, whose final report
into the inspections will be handed to officials
in coming days.
Teams requested that two buildings, housing
mul t i pl e garment pl ant s, be shut down
immediately after cracks were discovered,
similar to those found at the Rana Plaza, one
day before it collapsed, Rahman said, adding
that authorities have complied, shuttering both.
"We've also asked the owners of another four
structures to conduct detai l ed structural
analysis immediately, possibly by tomorrow, as
they have major structural problems," said
Rahman, a prof essor who t eaches ci vi l
engineering at the university.
Fifteen teams, of two engineers each, checked
the foundations, support columns and other
structures of the buildings and the soil they
were built on, as well as any documents and
plans that could be produced.
The collapse of the Rana Plaza highlighted
appalling safety issues at Bangladesh's 4,500
garment factories whose workers churn out
cl ot hes for t he worl d' s l eadi ng West ern
retailers.
Bangladesh government has embarked on a
major inspection drive of its own, deploying
dozens of teams to probe the safety of the
factori es in an effort to reassure worried
retailers.
A report on the inspections will be handed to
the state-run Capital Development Authority,
which has the power to order improvements to
the buildings or shut them down, he said.
Garment i ndustry bosses as wel l as the
government have been trying to persuade
Western fashion firms not to move production
out of Bangladesh in the wake of the disaster.
Fearing a consumer backlash, many Western
ret ai l ers have si nce l aunched thei r own
monitoring of Bangladesh's factories, including
of fire safety conditions.

90-year-old Saudi Man
Buys Underage Girl for Marriage
The marriage of a 90-year-ol d man to a
15-year-old girl has sparked condemnation
from human rights and social media activists
throughout Saudi Arabia, while the groom
insists that he has committed no crime. The
girl, who was sold by her parents for almost
$20,000, reportedly became terrified of the
man on their first wedding night. After locking
herself in her room for two days, she managed
to escape and return to her parents.
In an interview, the 90-year-old man insisted
that his marriage was "legal and correct," and
that he had paid a dowry of $17,500 to marry
her, pan-Arabic news website reported.
He said that on his first night with the bride,
she went into the bedroom before him, locking
the door from the inside so he could not enter,
making him "suspicious about some kind of
conspiracy" between the bride and her mother.
Friends of the bride's family said that she was
frightened on the wedding night, and escaped
to her parents' house after locking herself in
the room for two consecutive days.
The man has vowed to sue his in-laws to
return either the girl or the dowry.
Suhaila Zein al-Abedin, a member of the Saudi
Nat i onal Associ at i on f or Human Ri ght s
(NSHR), has urged Saudi aut hori t i es t o
intervene "as soon as possible to save this
child from tragedy." He noted that in Islam,
marriage must be based on mutual consent,
and the fact that the girl locked herself in her
room proved otherwise.
The girl's parents should be held responsible
for marrying their daughter to a man 75 years
ol der t han her - ol d enough t o be her
great-grandfather, he explained. He also urged
that a minimum age should be established for
marrying young girls, which could lead to
vi ol ators being punished, pan-Arab dai l y
newspaper al-Hayat reported.
Psychologist Jamal al-Toueiki said that forced
marri age may subject girls to abuse and
violence, and could lead to suicide if nothing is
done t o save t hem. Twi tt er users were
scathing in their condemnation.
Samira al-Ghamdi, a psychologist at a child
protection center, wrote on Twitter, "We need
a law to penalize these acts enough child
abuse." Nawal Saad wrote, "When people of
reason and wisdom are asked to be silent and
the ludicrous are set loose, we will see these
anti-human behaviors."
But the Kingdom has no law against child
marriage, and clerics and religious judges
justify the practice based on Islamic and Saudi
tradition. During 2010, nearly 60,000 Saudi
couples ti ed the knot in the conservati ve
Muslim kingdom, while there were more than
18,000 divorce cases.
"This means that the Kingdom is suffering
from a marri age fai lure rate of nearly 30
percent," a local study revealed in a report
published by Dubai-based website Emirates
Hadith.. continued from page 3
we mention that and brag about it a hundred

The above exampl e of one of our earl y

Islam. May Allah guide us to take a lesson
from this excellent story!

South Asian Workers in New York City
Report: Andrea Palatnik
Feeling invisible in a restless metropolis like
New York City is not uncommon, but for the
nearly 650,000 south Asian immigrants living
here this is closer to a general notion.
South Asians were 23% of the estimated
two million immigrants working in New York in
2010, the second largest migrant community
after Latinos (27%). Nevertheless, current
statistics on them paint a blurry and often
inaccurate picture, especially when it comes to
the labor market.
A report published on Wednesday sheds
some light on the way Bangladeshis, Indians,
Pakistanis and Nepalese (the four largest
national groups within the community) are
getting by in New York. According to Desis
Rising Up & Moving (Drum), the grassroots
community organization that conducted the
survey, this is the first study in New York ever
to focus on working conditions for south Asian
immigrants.
"We are the basement people," said Kazi
Fouzia, 44, a Bangladeshi retail worker who
immigrated four years ago. She said most
low-wage south Asian workers usually live in
basements, because that's the only kind of
apartment they can afford in New York.
Fouzia pays her Indian landlord $200 a
month for an underground room in Jamaica,
Queens, 90 minutes away from the clothing
store in Jackson Heights where she makes $4
an hour.
The findings in the survey point to an
expl oited, underpaid and often harassed
workforce, a situation that only worsened after
the 9/11 terrorist attacks since many south
Asians are Muslims and those who aren't are
usually taken for Muslims by police officers
during stop-and-frisk operations, they say.
"Our experience over the last 12 years
taught us that low-wage people are the ones
who have borne the weight of racial profiling
af t er 9/ 11, " sai d Monami Maul i k, t he
India-born, Bronx-raised founder and executive
director of Drum.
The report is a result of 18 months of
research and hundreds of interviews with
workers i n Jackson Hei ght s, Queens, a
traditional South Asian hub in the city. More
than half of the respondents make less than
the minimum wage of $7.25 per hour, 83% in
the case of retai l empl oyees. The huge
majority (95%) doesn't have any type of health
insurance, and only one fifth of them gets paid
for sick days (when almost half of New Yorkers
do, in comparison).
"Our healthcare is called Tylenol," said
Fouzia, in reference to the over-the-counter
painkiller. Two years ago, she was working on
Christmas Day for $4.50 an hour when she got
hit by a car while crossing the street to get
something for her boss. Fouzia fractured her
arm and shoulder in six places, but her boss
forbade anyone from calling 911 and fired
Fouzia the next day. All she could get from the
hospital, where she was taken after one of her
co-workers finally managed to call a cab, was
a box of painkillers.
South Asians also earn around $5 less in
comparison with the average low-wage worker
in New York. The deepest gap was found
among construction workers, who earn $16.43
l ess t han t he average. At l east 65% of
respondents told researchers they work more
than eight hours a day, while 40% work more
than five days per week.
P, a 40-year-old mother-of-two who moved
to New York from Bangladesh in 1999 but
wished to remain anonymous, works 13 to 14
hours a day, six days a week, to pay for her
two-bedroom basement in Corona, Queens.
Her husband sells candy in a small shop
inside a Manhattan subway station.
She said both of them work hard to be able
to afford good education for their children her
20-year-old daughter is currently attending
college and wants to become an architect. P's
main complaint is the treatment she receives
from her boss.
"He talks to me like I'm a mental patient.
When he eats, he throws food on the floor and
yells at me to clean it," said P.
According to the report, one in five workers
mentioned workplace harassment, while two
out of five retail workers said they are not
al l owed t o t ak e b r eak s . Ho wev e r ,
undocumented workers rarely speak out about
being abused for fear of deportation and
retaliation against their families.
Shaharazade Thompki ns- Lewi s, a
Community Outreach and Resource Planning
specialist from the New York City District
Office, said the US department of labor helps
workers despite of their immigration status
the problem is that few immigrants know that,
and their bosses take advantage of this to
intimidate and keep them working under such
bad conditions.
"Hearing that 50% [of South Asian workers]
are not earning minimum wage is not good
news," said Thompkins-Lewis. "Those who are
undocumented think they have no rights."

health, education, and so on and so forth). The
present-day civilian rulers of Pakistan need to
f o r m u l a t e a c l e a r l y d e f i n e d
socio-economic-political doctrine of public
welfare and implement it urgently. Today's
Pakistan is like simmering underground lava
about t o expl ode wi t h i t s dr ast i c and
destructi ve consequences - the common
citizens have had enough of it - there are
warnings written on the walls. Traditional
political modus operandi, old tricks, old time
socio-economic views are all things of past
backward thinking. It is time to drain the soap
operas out of Pakistan's traditional political
theatrics and deal head-on with the real issues
and problems of the common citizen of this
country. Poli tical hi story can provi de the
contemporary Pakistani civilian ruling elite with
some instructive lessons. For example, on
April 12, 1961, the Soviet cosmonaut Yuri
Gagarin became the first human in space - a
l andmar k achi evement i n sci ence and
technology. Amazingly, within a short span of
some 44 years after the 1917 revolution, the
Sovi et Uni on had at t ai ned f ul l l i t er acy,
devel oped over 400 v ocat i onal and
professional educational institutions, provided
full employment, housing, and health facilities
f or al l i t s ci t i zens, made r emar kabl e
advancement in science and technol ogy,
passed unprecedented legislation for human
emancipation, developed massive industrial
and communication infrastructure all over the
country and became a global power - until
Gorbachev' s experi ment wi th corporat e
capi t al i sm di si nt egr at ed t he count r y.
Obviously, corporate capitalism did not work
there. China has not sold its profit-making
compani es to the US-Western corporate
ent i t i es, or to any f orei gn count ri es (as
Pakistan has done under the pretext of foreign
investments), nei ther has it accepted US
dictates over its foreign policy or domestic
policies (as Pakistan has done for the last six
decades) during its phenomenal rise to global
i ndust r i al , commer ci al and di pl omat i c
emi nence. Even t oday' s Chi na has not
adopted corporate capitalism to continue its
phenomenal rise in world affairs and national
reconstruction. And there are scores of other
nations that have developed on the basis of
sel f - r el i ance, mass mobi l i zat i on of i t s
population for industrial growth, dramatic
achievements in science and technology and
in attaining self-sufficiency. President Franklin
D. Roosevelt's 'New Deal' in the US "helped
improve the lives of people suffering from the
events of the depression. In the long run, 'New
Deal' programs set a precedent for the federal
government to play a key role in the economic
and social affairs of the nation." The point that
I am making here is that corporate capitalism
has never been a r emedy f or nat i onal
reconstruction, including the US. I implore the
contemporary civilian rulers in Islamabad to
seize this moment to try something different
from corporate capitalism to set this nation on
a political discourse of economic-social and
pol i t i cal devel opment . "Out - of - t he-box"
resolutions and imaginative steps are needed
t o t ake t hi s nat i on t o sel f -rel i ance and
independence: for example, the privatization of
national commercial institutions is not the
resolution of mismanaged state enterprises.
Indirect taxation will not resolve economic
problems. Foreign investments will not make
Pakistanis affluent (except for some vested
interest groups). It will make foreigners rich.
Commercial plans with foreign collaborators
such as Pakistan Private Investment Initiative
are old-style tricks that do not work. What
Pakistan needs is an enlightened, nationalist
leadership that is selfless and visionary - and
willing to learn from the lessons of history.
Ot her wi se, we ar e at t he edge of a
self-destructive path.

analyst, conflict resolution expert and author of

issues. He holds a doctorate and a masters
degree from Columbia University in New York.

A Political Doctrine Document:
A note to the PM Pakistan!
Dr. Haider Mehdi
This is a national policy review article, in
fact, a political doctrine document, directly
addressed to the Prime Minister at a time
when the stat e of Paki stan i s adversel y
overwhelmed by domestic, as well as foreign
related probl ems, to an extent j usti fiabl y
viewed as a national crisis. It is apparent that
Pakistan is a sinking ship - that is, until the
captain in command does what a skipper is
supposed to do: unload the unnecessary
baggage, steer the ship onto the right course
and safely to its destination. It is at such a
poi nt i n ti me that a captai n' s expert i se,
courage, vision, and, above all, leadership
qualities are at stake and are judged. At the
same time, maritime traditions are that if the
captain fails to save the ship, he goes down
with it to the bottom of the sea. There is no
exception to this rule - his destiny is ultimately
tied to the fate of the ship. So, metaphorically
speaki ng, the important questions i n the
post-May 11 elections are: is the democratic
ship of Pakistan, so to speak, on the proper
course to its destination? Is the captain in
complete control? Is he aware of the possible
looming crisis ahead, as the sea turns into a
hoveri ng storm? Is he knowl edgeabl e of
crisis-management strategies when the sea
turns rough with whirlwinds and typhoons in
accordance with the laws of nature - out of
human control and dri ven by wil d forces
subject only to their own rules? Does he know
when to unload the unnecessary baggage?
Can the skipper manage teamwork in a crisis
situation? Can he evaluate the coming of a
crisis? Can the captain change its course
bef ore t he st orm st ri kes and avoi d t he
f oreseeabl e di sast er? Compari ng 2013
Pakistan to a ship on a rough sea is only an
analogy to explain the nature of this nation's
complex and complicated political-economic
progress.
Day in and day out, our problems, both
pol i t i cal and economi c, are mul t i pl yi ng.
Governance over the last several decades has
failed. Poverty has increased. Public services
have been decimated. Social and cultural
progress has nose-dived. Foreign relations are
continuously and indefinitely in a state of error.
Our soverei gnty has been vi ol ated. The
domesti c law and order si tuati on can be
described close to a civil war analogy and
there seems to be no end to our ever-growing
national difficulties. The question is: after all,
why is it so? There is an old saying: "All dark
clouds have a silver lining." Unfortunately, I do
not see Pakistan's fate going in that direction.
Do not get me wrong - I am not a pessimist -
but "realism" at this juncture of our national
hi story, wi th a view to acknowledge and
recognize the factual realities of our disruptive
political-economic discourse, might lead us
towards a renewed search for a change in our
pol i t i cal di r ect i on. Paki st an needs a
r evol ut i onar y r esol ut i on of i t s ai l i ng
political-economic system and getting rid of its
si x decade- ol d dysf unct i onal pol i t i cal
mi s- management . I ndeed, successi ve
Pakistani civilian-military rulers have been
f l a we d i n t h e i r p o l i t i c a l - e c o no mi c
developmental concepts and national doctrine
for a democratic prosperous Pakistan. A word
about democracy here: democracy is not only
a procedural holy ritual of periodic voting to
elect public representatives. In fact, it is a
process of enhancing the quality of life of each
and every ci t i zen of a nat i on. Has t hat
happened in Pakistan? Notwithstanding the
political rhetoric, the fact of the matter is that
the common citizens in this country have been
economically better off during military regimes
as compared to civilian eras (for example,
consider Musharraf's era with the 2008-2013
democratic era, etc.).
Without going into a complex debate on
this issue, it is obvious that a doctrine of public
welfare has not evolved, philosophically and
conceptually, in the civilian ruling circles of this
country. It appears that civilian rulers are more
focused on attaining and preserving "political
power" than servi ng the i nterests of the
masses. How el se can we expl ai n t he
ever-growing socio-economic divide in society:
the ruling civilian-elite getting fabulously rich,
while the common citizen, the majority of
them, have reached the level of absolute
poverty and socio-economic deprivations of all
kinds (including (Continued on next page)

Mursi's adventure led to his downfall
Having waited for over 80 years, Egypt's
Muslim Brotherhood secured power when
Muhammad Mursi was elected president, but it
can only blame itself after being ousted just 12
months later, analysts say.
Opponents of Mursi accused him of failing
the 2011 revolution that toppled dictator Hosni
Mubarak by concentrating power in the hands
of his Muslim Brotherhood, while failing to deal
with a spiraling economic crisis.
As the world debated whether the military
move to end his rule on Wednesday amounted
to a real coup, analysts agreed on one thing -
Mursi and the Islamist movement brought
about their own rapid decline by themselves.
Mursi and the Brotherhood "utterly failed in
(the) past year... Egyptians asked for military
coup (and) they got one," tweeted Salman
Shaikh, analyst at the Brookings Doha Center.
The Brotherhood, after first looking on from
the sidelines, later joined the 18-day popular
uprising inspired by the Arab Spring that forced
out strongman Mubarak on Feb. 11, 2011.
It then fielded a candidate for the country's
first democratic presidential election last year,
wi t h Mur si car r yi ng i t s bat on af t er t he
candidacy of the Brotherhood's first choice,
Khairat El Shater, was rejected.
Mursi came out on top in the election,
bringing the Islamist movement out of the
shadows after it had endured decades of bans
and repeated crackdowns under Mubarak's
iron-fisted rule.
Analyst Nathan Brown said: "The Mursi
presidency is without a doubt one of the most
colossal failures in the Brotherhood's history."
Even allies of the Brotherhood criticized
Mursi and the Islamist movement for they way
they tried to run the country.
"The president procrastinated. His group...
lost any real opportunities to build a national

bas e t hat woul d hav e i s ol at ed t he
counter-revolution," said Mohammed Mahsub,
a senior leader of the Al-Wasat party
"The guidance bureau of the Brotherhood
bares responsibility for the downfall," added
Mahsub.
Founded in 1928, the Brotherhood had a
stated aim of creating an "Islamic generation"
as the foundation of a state ruled by Islamic
law.
Its long wait finally paid off at the 2012
presidential election, when Mursi defeated
former ai r force chi ef Ahmed Shafiq i n a
run-off.
After taking the oath of office on June 30
last year, he slowly began to impose himself
on the political scene, eventually granting
himself sweeping powers in November.
That move prompted prominent opposition
figure Mohamed ElBaradei to accuse him of
usurping authority and becomi ng a "new
pharaoh" and saw the first protests against his
rule.
A month later, he aggravated the situation
by r ammi ng t hr ough a cont r over si al
consti tuti on drafted by a panel that was
dominated by Islami sts and boycotted by
liberals and Christians.
Ul t i mat el y, however, Mursi and the
Brotherhood squandered their chance at the
helm by failing to govern for all Egyptians,
address the economic crisis and win over the
trust of the powerful military.
"Yes, it is true that the Brotherhood did well
in elections; that it was not able to govern fully
but still saddled with responsibility for Egypt's
insurmountable problems," the analyst Brown
wrote on the New Republic website.
"It is also undeniable that Mursi and the
Brotherhood made almost every conceivable
mistake... such as reaching too quickly for
political power or failing to build coalitions with
others.
"They alienated potential allies, ignored
r i si ng di scont ent , f ocused mor e on
consolidating their rule than on using what
tools they did have, used rhetoric that was
tone deaf at best and threatening at worst,"
wrote Brown.
US intelligence firm Stratfor said, however,
that the military also played a major role in the
downfall of Mursi and the Brotherhood.
"Mursi never really took control of the
machinery of government, partly because he
was pol i ti cal l y weak, partl y because the
Muslim Brotherhood was not ready to govern,
and partly because the military never quite let
go," i t sai d i n an anal ysi s posted on i ts
website.
In the end, "the military did not want to see
chaos... the military distrusted the Muslim
Brotherhood and was happy to see it forced
out of office."
Meanwhile, The United Arab Emirates and
Kuwait congratulated Adli Mansour after he
was sworn in as Egypt's new interim leader on
Thursday, a day after the military overthrew
Muslim Brotherhood President Mursi.
'We followed with all consideration and
satisfaction the national consensus that your
brotherly country is witnessing, and which had
played a prominent role in leading Egypt
peacefully out of the crisis it had faced,' UAE
Presi dent Shai kh Khal i f a bi n Zayed Al
Nahayan said in a cable to Mansour.
Kuwait's ruler Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad also
praised Egypt's armed forces.

First Woman Fighter Pilot of Pakistan
Ayesha Farooq chating with the colleagues Ayesha with her fighter Ayesha ready to fly
With an olive green head scarf poking out from
her helmet, Ayesha Farooq flashes a cheeky
grin when asked if it is lonely being the only
war-ready female fighter pilot in Pakistan.
Farooq, from Punjab province's historic city of
Bahawalpur, is one of 19 women who have
become pilots in the Pakistan Air Force over
the last decade - there are five other female
fighter pilots, but they have yet to take the final
tests to qualify for combat.
"I don't feel any different. We do the same
activities, the same precision bombing," the
soft-spoken 26-year-old said of her mal e
colleagues at Mushaf base in north Pakistan,
where neatly piled warheads sit in sweltering
50 degree Celsius heat (122 F).
Farooq, whose slim frame offers a study in
contrast with her burly male colleagues, was at
l ogger heads wi t h her wi dowed and
uneducated mother seven years ago when
she said she wanted to join the air force.
"In our society most girls don' t even think
about doing such things as flying an aircraft,"
she said.
Family pressure against the traditionally male
domain of the armed forces dissuaded other
women from taking the next step to become
combat ready, air force officials said. They fly
slower aircraft instead, ferrying troops and
equipment around the nuclear-armed country
of 180 million.
Centuries-old rule in the tribal belt area along
the border with Afghanistan, where rape,
mutilation and the killing of women are ordered
to mete out justice, underlines conservative
Paki stan' s fail ures in protecting women' s
rights.
But women are becomi ng more aware of
those rights and signing up with the air force is
about as empowering as it gets.
"More and more ladies are joining now," said
Nasim Abbas, Wing Commander of Squadron
20, made up of 25 pilots, including Farooq,
who fly Chinese-made F-7PG fighter jets.
Ther e ar e now about 4, 000 women i n
Pakistan's armed forces, largely confined to
desk jobs and medical work.
But over t he l ast decade, women have
became sky marshals, defending Pakistan's
commercial liners against insurgent attacks,
and a select few are servi ng in the el ite
anti-terrorist force. Like most female soldiers in
the world, Pakistani women are still banned
from ground combat. Pakistan now has 316
women in the air force compared to around
100 five years ago, Abbas said.
"In Pakistan, it's very important to defend our
front lines because of terrorism and it's very
important for everyone to be part of it," said
avionics engineer Anam Hassan, 24, as she
set out for work on an F-16 fighter aircraft, her
thick black hair tucked under a baseball cap.
"It just took a while for the air force to accept
this."
Hadith
Hasan Al-Basri (d. 728 CE) had a neighbor
who was a Christian. This neighbor had a toilet
on the roof of his apartment and it used to leak
through a hole in the roof of Hasan Al-Basris
apartment.Hasan placed a bucket beneath the
hole to catch the urine that would leak through
it and discard the contents at the end of each
day.This continued for 20 years.
Then one day, Hasan fell ill and his Christian
neighbor came to visit him. When he entered,
the neighbor noticed the bucket of urine that
was leaking through the hole in his ceiling and
asked Hasan astoundingly: "How long have
you been tolerating this harm from me?! "
Hasan replied: "For 20 years."
So the Christian neighbor took off his belt
(which was the clothing of the Christians
during that time) and accepted Islam.(Hilyah
Al-Awliya)
Do we Musl i ms t oday t ol er at e a smal l
inconvenience for a week from our relatives,
let alone our neighbors? Even if we kept quiet,
it would show up in our attitude and behavior.
Hasan Al-Basri not only tolerated it for 20
years, but his behavior was so normal that the
neighbor didnt have any idea of the harm he
was causing. How much tolerance do we show
for each other? If we do something good once
in a while for our neighbor or relative,

May Allah accept all our prayers and make us
better people, better Muslims and a better
Community and Ummah not only in this Holy
month of Ramadan but al l year round -

Some members have asked if the first Roza is
on July 9th or 10th?
My answer is as follows:
Based on Islamic Society of North America
decision, ICCD had earlier announced the
beginning of first Roza on Tuesday, July 9th.
However a little while ago, people checked the
ICCD Website and cannot find the Ramadan
schedule on the link provided at the ICCD
website. I know that Troy mosque is observing
first Roza on Wednesday July 10th. I don't
know about ot her mosques i n the area.
Therefore, I did some research and fond that
in 15 countries the official decision is for July
9th and 58 countries on July 10th. The list is
below with the two big announcements at the
end. You can decide for yourself.
