Rebuilt Symons 7ft HD Crushers

Available in Short Head or Standard Congurations
Complete with mainframe, countershaft box assembly, head/mainshaft assembly, eccentric assembly, bowl assembly, adjustment ring assembly, spring assemblies, crusher sheave, lube system, air cooler, hydraulic ram adjustment system, hydraulic power unit for lock posts & adjustment and with a water seal. Crusher motors, spares and major parts are also available.

Mainframe / Adjustment Ring Recondition all bores back to factory
specications, (as required). Weld up washout in frame around countershaft box area.Replace mainframe pins (as required). Upgrade mainframe by adding replaceable seat liners. Install new mainframe liners. Install new outer eccentric bushing. Install new arm guards (as required). Install new lower dust collar seal.Install new adjustment cylinders.

Bowl Assembly Recondition seat angle. (as required) Recondition threads. (as
required)Install new bowl liner. Install new lockpost cylinders.Install new upper dust seal.

Head and Shaft Assembly Recondition head ball.Recondition seat angle.Install

new mantle. Install new head wear ring.Install new bafe ring. Install new feed plate.

Socket Assembly All ts to be to specications. Install new socket liner. Eccentric Assembly Crack test eccentric gear. Polish eccentric outer
diameter.Install new inner eccentric bushing.

Step Plates Recondition (as required) Countershaft Box Assembly Disassemble complete box assembly. Replace
countershaft box bushing. (as required). Crack test pinion. Inspect countershaft for run out. Recondition frame ts (as required) Assemble complete countershaft box assembly.

Lube System Skid mounted rectangle lube tank with Viking pump and Nugent lter system and stand alone air oil cooler. Lube tank and the air cooler will be cleaned and checked for leaks and repainted. Hydraulic Controls One complete unit per crusher. Tank and valving, motor, pump will be check to verify
functions and will be cleaned and repainted.

Assembly, Testing and Shipping Crusher to be reassembled with all new components as noted above and crusher will be test run at no load before leaving Excel Crusher Technologies. Lube oil temperatures and pressures will be monitored during the (4) hour test run. Crusher internals will be examined after the test run. After testing, the crushers will dis-assembled to the degree required for shipment and painted. Optional: Hydraulic Tramp Release System Hydraulic cylinders to replace the spring packages, complete
with hydraulic power unit. Call ECT for price.

Special Note: Water Seal As manufactured originally, these crushers were set up for a water seal. If the
crushers are to be converted to grease seal the following scope of work would apply as well as a price adjustment Scope of Work Drill socket for springs and spring housings. Drill socket for socket sealing ring keys. Remove water bafe from head. Install new head sealing ring (wipers). Upon assembly install socket sealing ring, springs and spring housings. Call ECT for price.

Delivery Time: 8-10 weeks after receipt of an order.

If the hydraulic tramp release conversion is ordered, add two (2) weeks to the above lead times.

Motors: Several 350 HP motors are available. The motors are 350 HP, 710 RPM, 4,160 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz., TEFC
motors. The motors would be disassembled, bearings and windings checked, dipped and baked, then repainted. The crushers and motors are located at the ECT manufacturing facility in Pekin, Illinois.
