FINDINGS Human resource department is giving more important to the knowledge in case of job satisfaction
The data base application is only use full for the present satisfaction on the employees
SUGGESTIONS:
Human resources department should be more practical and efficient. So that job satisfaction more effective
Stress should be given on proper maintenance of the data base of application for future aspects in the organization
The stress should be given on knowledge, and the experience should be the major criteria for the selection of employees
More importance must be given to the candidates qualifications, and skill while scrutinizing the applications of prospective candidates
Motivation is very important so as the organization have to implementation motivational techniques effetely.
CONCLUSION The source of job satisfaction in the organization is totally based on the internal and external factors. The recruitment of prospective candidates for a particular in based up on the experience, age. Qualification and percentages in the academic year. The process of selection is totally based on the skill, communication, technical qualities and also working conditions, working hours, environment, salaries and benefits.
