• Prepare and submit Monthly Interim Valuation, Cost Report, Liability Statements, Sub-Contractors’ Bond Schedule.
• Prepare Cost proposals for variations and negotiate with Client’s Quantity Surveyor.
• Rate analysis for star rates, claims, damages and explain to Client’s and Sub-contractors’ Quantity Surveyor.
