Our system is combined by NH Port which has been in operation for 5 years and NHDV Port which is going to be in operation in the c Slide 16:

S3: NHP Specifications

With the length of 145M and 150M (subcontracted), NHP berth can operate vessels with 1000 teus of capacity. The tidal regime is diurnal with range of 2.2-3.8m. Depth alongside is 9.0m. And the turning area is 205M (the largest position of the flow) With 3 SWL cranes, NHP can handle most type of cargo. Total CY area is 65.000 sqm which can cater for the volume of 200.000 teus.

S4 Throughput
Looking back to NHP throughput of the past 4 years, We absolutely have right to express our pride for what we achieved in the past 4 years. 2009 we got 143,910 teus, 2010 was 189,025 teus, 2011 was 212,517 tues. Especially, in such a difficult situation of market, although we still did not reach to our targeted point, we still got 175, 596 teus for 2012. We are trying our best to perfect our services in order to meet our customers demands with high quality and lower cost! Coming time around October 2013.

S5: NHP System Growing History

Coming back to our system growing history, NHP was born and started operating in 2009. 2010 We got 5 lines calling at NHP including: ZIM, CSL, PIL, TSL and GDM. This numbers of shipping lines was increased in 6 in 2011 by AEL. Upto 2012, there were more than 1300 vessels called at NHP and other sub-ports after 4 years. Especially, also in this year we was so proud that our new project of NHDV began. We celebrate new year 2013 by welcoming CUL calling at NHP. Our new Project is planned to be in operation in the 3rd quarter of this year around August.

S6: NHDV Project

Let give me chance to introduce to you more details in our new project NHDV port: The new project NHDV is invested over $50 Million was kicked off in March 2012 and plan to be completed in October 2013.

S7: Location
NHDV Port is located in such a convenient area which is: - Only 9km far from HP center - 17 km from Nomura Industrial Zone and right next to Dinh Vu industrial zone - Directly connect to New national Highway - The 1st Port from Pilot station

S8: NH-DV Port Specification

NHDVs access channel depth is -6.7m and is planned to be dredged to -7.2m in 2014 as plan by the Maritime administration. With deep alongside -12m, turning area 32m.

S9: NH-DV Port Specification

The Berth length in NHDV is 450m, With this condition, NHDV can operate 30,000 DWT vessel equivalent to 2,000 teus per one calling. 5 cranes including QC cranes and SWL cranes with productivity upto 60 moves per hour, Throughput capacity is 600,000 tues per annum.

C.Y area: 150,000m2 v C.Y stacking capacity: 15,000TEU v Off-dock C.Y and MT depot: 150,000m2

NHP offers a full package services: vessel berthing, stevedoring, warehousing, Depot and container M&R, Reefer, shipping agency, Tug boat, custom Clearance, trucking and Logistics.

NHPs warehouse area is 1,530 sqm with 1.6 m high dock and 2,000 sqr of yards. Located inside Donghai depot, oppsite to Chua ve the biggest port in Haiphong . Our warehouse services include: Bonded Warehouse Consolidation, deconsolidation Storage

S13:Depots
NHP Depot is one of the biggest depot operator in HP and North of VN with total depot square of over 200,000 sqm including Transvina- NHP Terminal, Nam Hai Port Terminal, Dong Hai Depot and Nam Hai Depot. Our Depot system is well- equipped by 6 Reach Stackers & 4 MT handlers & forklift for fast, easy handling container, 2 Workshops are always available for M & R. Our Services: GP& RF Container cleaning & repairing PTI Inspection & repairing cost estimation EDI report

Our depots ensure that: All boxes are inspected and taken photos when MT return to depot All damaged boxes are surveyed an estimate repairing cost for the lines approval All boxes after finished repairing must be taken photos as evidence. All repairs are under IILC5 standards

Slide14: Trucking
NHPs trucking system is a big group of more than 46 available truck heads working 24/24 hours and all drivers are certified and experienced. 3 factors that our trucking system is focused on are: fast, safety and reasonable rate.

Slide15: Other Services

Beside basic services of NHP, we also offer you some more services such as: - Customs clearance

- Tugboats - Shipping Agency + With good relationship with Customs so far, we can handle most customs procedures relating to Import-Export cargo with fast, convenience and effective service and reasonable price. + With fleet of 3 tug boats of 800-1200 HP, NHP always assure tug boat arrangement to the lines at all times with competitive rates. + We can settle all procedures for vessels calling and departure from/to Hai Phong port because of much experience in dealing with such business.With the well-skilled and trained labor force, we can be the entrusted agent for any shipping lines who want to show their presence in Haiphong area.

Slide 16: RF Service

To be the Strongest Reefer terminal in North Vietnam in term of reefer volume and service quality, NHP is the warranty agent and authorized service center for: Thermo King, Daikin. Carrier, Mitsubishi.

Slide 17: RF Service

NHP now has 800 to 1000 RF plugs available in our system and with skillful reefer technician, Power supply & gen-set available, we are always responsive to lines demand RF capacity of NHP is big advantages to the feeders in 2009, 20010, 2011 and 2012 , the feeder like CSCL, Zim Lines (COC), TSL, PIL, GMDS (COC+SOC) were very successful with RF business , when other terminals in Hai Phong refused to accept RF due to RF plug and C.Y congestion. As you can see, this is the certificate shown that Carrier Transicold continue to place their trust to NHP and appoint NHP to be the warranty Center for them in 2013.

In the period of 4 years running, NHP is constantly concerned with improving staffs professional knowledge by holding annual training course for all employees.. We have now more than 400 employees including office staffs, engineers, drivers and workers They are all young, dedicated and well- trained with high education and professional skills.
