St Moritz ~ Rich silky tiers of dark, milk & white chocolate mousse are separated by thin layers of almond cake. The decorative top of this delicious cake is created from tiles of Lindt dark chocolate, dusted with cocoa powder.

Celebration du Chocolat ~ The ultimate celebratory chocolate cake from Lindt, comprises layers of irresistible dark chocolate cake, separated by Lindts nest milk chocolate mousse, all encased by a chocolate ganache & ribbons of milk & dark chocolate.

Blueberry Chocolat Mousse ~ Expectations are certain to be surpassed by the layers of chocolate hazelnut biscuit, blueberry compote and dark chocolate mousse that lay beneath a mirror of blueberry glaze.

Opera ~ This luxurious cake is made from thin layers of dark chocolate ganache, coffee butter cream & almond sponge that has been soaked in coffee syrup. The dark chocolate topping is adorned with with 24 carat gold leaf.

Chocolate Hazelnut Gateau ~ Three delectable layers of freshly roasted nuts & vanilla bean cake soaked in Frangelico are separated by gianduja (hazelnut & chocolate paste) & nished with a dark chocolate ganache & nuts.

Velour ~ This velvet chocolate cheesecake has been created through the smooth blend of Excellence 70% & the nest cream cheese, on a freshly baked biscuit base.

Wimbledon ~ An artistically layered cake of mascarpone & vanilla bean cream, almond vanilla cake, strawberry puree, bordered by shards of red & white chocolate.

White Chocolate Framboise ~ An impressive layered cake of white chocolate mousse, almond success & raspberry puree, nished with a ruby glaze of pureed raspberries & a shard of white chocolate.

Orange Chocolat ~ A beautiful cake for entertaining. Lindt dark chocolate pieces in an almond & orange cake, mascerated in Grand Marnier. The cake is layered with milk chocolate mousse & covered with a dark chocolate glaze.

Chocolate & Caramel Poire ~ A Lindt milk chocolate mousse encases a centre of delicious fresh caramelized pear and caramel mousse. This is set on a layer of rich dark chocolate cake and topped with poached baby pear.

Tarte au Caramel Chocolat ~ A delightfully smooth caramel tart blended with pecan nuts & layered with dark chocolate ganache within a shortcrust pastry shell & adorned with a chocolate artisan disc.

Lindt Proterole ~ A Proterole mound, each lled with a white chocolate crme ptissire & drizzled with a rich dark chocolate ganache all atop a crisp biscuit base.
