Now the reception size is reduced and the meeting rooms become same as the client's layout ) 1. DB&B's desing is very simple and there is mistake in rendering and didnt mention about the microwave oven and refridgerator.

2.Ideal sun give very good desing in counter table and storage is avaliable and another four seater table can be placed

Normal design with 5 bar chairs and 4 seater in the middle and also provided storaged for hanging clothes near the Column

Good colour concept design with Good lighting . Pantry includes of three bar chairs and four seater tables and two sofas

Simple design with four bar table and two seater table . And The storage cabinets for hanging clothes is provided in coloum side (attached to the coloumn )

DXS wall are very colourful , which makes pleasant enviroment and some graphics also there . 3. DBB no colour avaliable , simple concept

Comparing to before tender interview , The bidder removed the vinly flooring and replaced with the carpet flooring , same as in work station area , which makes continutity and also removed the wall paper in the side wall and finishes with Emulsion

1 .DXS concept is very good , colourful , and movable partition can be closed and flushed in same wall level . And storage cabinets also avaliable also avaliable . 4 Conference room 2. The Ideal sun provides a non reflective lights in conference room and lighting adjustment facility also avaliable . 3. Db&b the side walls can be used as writting boards

Simple design and Gypsum ceiling with non refeltive lights , make good enviorment in the conference room . The Conf 1 - 15.30 sqm - 6 seater Conf -2 Normal design , the side walls can be movable partition surface is finished 20.45 Sq.m - 8 seater And good design , used as writing boards with ceramic color glass , so it can be used as writing board also

Comparing to before tender interview , Now the bidder removed the graphics in the side wall and replaced with emulsion Projector is replaced with LCD monitor finish and also projector is replaced with two lcd monitor

Comparing to before interview , changed the layout and now totally 14 seaters combining both conference room

1. The Ideal sun concept is very simple no special items . 2. DXS , the opposite wall is mixed with ceramic glass and emulsion painting and looks so attractive and GTECH logo with some special background lighting . 3. Db&B have open ceiling concept and left side wall with brick finish and opposite wall with wooden finish . Good Concept with Malay painting in the opposite wall and with good lighting 12.90 Sq.m , Three seats avaliable effect in ceiling and two seats avaliable Comparing to before tender interview , the round chair attached to wall is removed and the whole design concept is become normal and walls with emulsion finish and made as cost effetive design . Comparing to before tender interview , some wall graphics are removed and the opposite wall finished with colur class and the wall emulsion Good design concept and with open ceiling and three sofas provided

Reception

Comparing to before tender interview , the size of reception is reduced

1. Ideal sun , the coloums are with blue colour emulsion , and the glass partition of meeting rooms are with frosted stickers with GTECH logo on it .. Which resembles same as existing office and look nice . 2 . DXS the colours used in workstation are used from Gtech brand colours . 3. DB&B very simple concept , no colouring fully white
