Celebrating its sixth year, Cultural Naadam is organized by the University of Culture and Arts, the Arts Council of Mongolia, and the Korea company METAA to showcase traditional Mongolian nomadic arts and culture for Mongolian and international visitors during the days of the Naadam celebration in Hui Doloon Hudagt. Mongolian nomadic culture, lifestyle, and ceremonies are exhibited through A day in Mongolia, with activity stations to explore arts and culture crafts, traditional writing, and archery and with arts and culture performances. Composed by E. Choidog, L. Murdorj, two time state prize winner and peoples artist N. Jantsannorov, state prize winner and national talent B. Sharav, and B. On May 3rd, 2013, Z. Lhagvadorjs Romeo and Juliet 2 musical made its first debut in Asia on the Mongolian stage and established itself as a tour-de-force through its acting and composition. It will return to audiences on July 14th and 15th for an encore performance. The show includes Mongolian pop rock, theatre, and drama artists, the Military Song and Dance Ensemble, and the Militarys Emblem Ensemble dancers. This album of nomadic music is noted for its animated instrumentation and innovative playing, with songs highlighting different elements of nature for non-stop enjoyment.
