Developing Trainer Saluta, Romano’s Macaroni Grill Corporation 2004-
 Works directly with managers training new hires. Present
 Plays a key role in preparing floor plans, managing wait
times, and assisting with as well as anticipating guests’ needs.
 Compiles goals for success agreed upon by each saluta
before shifts and records reservations and any special requests in
the planner.
 Creates an exciting productive atmosphere by being an
actively involved team leader.
2003-2004
Floor Supervisor, Bakers Shoes
 Calculating, documenting, and comparing store sales
goals, losses, and profits.
 Responsible for opening and closing store, attending
conference calls each morning, and dropping deposits off at
night.
