Guide lines for BAJA SAEINDIA 2014 Registrations & Eligibility Criterion All participating teams should have

all the members with SAEINDIA Student membership in either 4+1 or 3+1 or 2+1 or 1+1 Scheme and should represent an SAEINDIA Collegiate Club. For Collegiate club details please visit http://saeindia.org/collegiate-cub.asp or contact Mrs. Fathima, Senior Officer (SAEINDIA) Email : fathima@saeindia.org, membercare@saeindia.org College who have applied for collegiate club can also register for the event with A/F (Applied for Status) in collegiate club and membership column, provided they should have relevant documents for their collegiate application viz. Payment proof copy of acknowledgement of SAEINDIA for receival of application. Please note that before Virtual BAJA all participants need to have valid SAEINDIA Membership No. along with faculty advisers also. Per College only one team is allowed. Students passing out till December 2013 are not eligible to participate. Team size cannot be less than 5 or more than 25 Minimum one faculty adviser and maximum 2 are required per team. Participation fees INR 16854/- inclusive of 12.36% Service Tax for Virtual BAJA to be paid in favour of BAJA SAEINDIA through challan form available on website. After qualifying Virtual round teams need to pay the Second phase of registration fees i.e. INR 35000 for the main BAJA Event through challan form available on website. All confirmed teams will be given with unique IDs for further communication. Terms & Conditions The decision of BAJA SAEINDIA regarding this contest will be final and binding on all the participants. BAJA SAEINDIA reserves the right to reject or accept any entry form that is incomplete or non-compliant with the rule book or inadequate with the requirement of the competition at any stage of competition. All the entries received by BAJA SAEINDIA shall be the property of BAJA SAEINDIA. Prizes awarded are non transferable and no cash shall be given in lieu of any prize. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai only.
