    Kindly refer to all above papers, which are self explanatory and sufficient solid evidences, proof in support of innocence of Naresh Kadyan, who was transferred from Faridabad to Panchkula, then placed under suspension on the basis of false allegations and charge sheet, now you all are humbly requested to please drop the Inquiry, charge sheet and FIR lodged with the State Vigilance Bureau, Gurgaon became infrastructures because the tainted then DEEO, Gurgaon hold guilty in a regular inquiry conducted by a Inquiry Officer Shri R.K. Taneja, IAS (Rtd) and then excess amount recovery has been imposed on the then DEEO, Gurgaon. It is further requested to the Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board to decide to refund the excess amount received as service charges in the commercial dealing in question, where as Naresh Kadyan have served in the interest of Board, generated income for KVIB, where as the agreement was made between the M/s National Enterprises, Narnaul and Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board and as per the terms and conditions mutually decided by the both parties, if any sub standard materials / goods supplied by the registered supplier then quality and replacement of the objectionable material lie upon the registered supplier of the Board M/s National Enterprises, who procured the orders and suppler of the goods. It would be pertinent to mention here that similar case of DEEO, Jhajjar was inquired by the State Vigilance Bureau, Rohtak and the billing Authority in question was released from the charges being an innocent, hence same standard may kindly apply upon Naresh Kadyan and then DKVIO at Faridabad, now placed under suspension. It is humbly requested to reinstate Naresh Kadyan and restore his honor, dignity and post him as DKVIO at Faridabad as he was in past, where as another TS (HMP) Shri M.S. Chopra posted at Jind. It would be pertinent to mention here that Shri Naresh Kadyan, who is a well qualified and experienced official of the Board amongst all DKVIO’s being a Post Graduate along with PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, Diploma in Footwear Technology with Advance Course in Footwear Technology, worked as Duty Magistrate during prohibition policy in Haryana and working as DKVIO since 1996 and he may kindly be adjusted against DKVIO post as per past practice.
