The Manufacturing units are in Maharashtra (at Thal - Dist. Raigad and at Trombay / Chembur, Mumbai) with National level Marketing network. The Company intends to fill up 4 vacancies in Fire Discipline. Post: Management Trainee (Fire) Minimum Qualification Required: B.E. / B. Tech in Fire and Safety. Or Graduate Engineer in any discipline with Diploma in Fire Science Engineering or Post Graduate Diploma in Fire Engineering. Above mentioned qualifications shall be from a Govt. approved University / Institute / Board. Minimum Percentage: 55 % marks (aggregate) in last 4 semesters / last 2 years of Graduation Degree. Age limit: Not more than 28 years as on 01/07/2013. Reservation for posts 4 UR.
Age relaxation: Candidates domiciled in Jammu and Kashmir between 1.1.1980 and 31.12.19895 years Ex-servicemen - 5 years Children / Family members of the victims of 1984 riots- 5 years. Companys employees possessing the required qualification given in the advertisement are eligible for relaxation in age by five years.

Other conditions: 1. On selection, the Posting of the Candidate may be in any of the Units / offices of the Company. 2. The no. of posts are indicative and Management reserves the right to increase / decrease the same at its discretion. 3. Knowledge of Computer Application is desirable. 4. Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade is awarded in a degree, the candidate will have to indicate the equivalent percentage of marks. Selection, Training and Placement: Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Personal Interview. The Company reserves the right to call only those candidates who according to its decision, rank high in terms of eligibility criteria from the applications received. Merely meeting the minimum eligibility criteria will not make any candidate automatically entitled for being called for interview. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. SERVICE BOND:Selected candidates will have to execute a bond of Rs.75, 000/- to complete the training and to serve the Company for a minimum period of three years after completion of training. The amount of Rs.75, 000/- shall be recovered from the candidates as Deposit from their monthly stipend (Rs.7500/- each in the initial two months and Rs.6000/- for rest of the training period). Any trainee leaving in between, his recovered deposit amount will be forfeited in addition to other dues, if any. The candidate will have to deposit the balance of bond money (if not recovered) in case if he/she decides to leave the company. Candidates completing the 3 years service under the Bond will be refunded an amount of Rs. 85, 000/- . Selected candidates will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lumpsum stipend of Rs.23, 000/- per month. Free lodging and boarding facility will also be provided at Companys Hostel if posted in Trombay / Thal unit. Candidates not availing this facility shall be paid Rs.1000/- p.m. as Transportation Allowance. After successful completion of training they will be absorbed in the scale of pay of Rs.16400-40500 (revised). Total monthly gross emoluments at the minimum of the Basic Pay, DA and other allowances works out to around Rs. 34000/-. Other benefits as per company rules which includes HRA (if not availing Companys Accommodation) Medical Facilities, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Employees Pension Scheme, Group Savings Linked Scheme, Accident Insurance, Leave Encashment, etc. shall also be applicable.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS 1. The candidates should specify an active e-mail id and phone number which will be valid throughout the entire recruitment / selection process. 2. The eligible candidates will be intimated about the date, time and venue of Interview through post and or e-mail on the e-mail id provided by them in the application form. 3. For appearing for the Interview, all outstation candidates will be reimbursed to and fro II class sleeper Rail / Bus fare by the shortest route on production of the ticket. The reimbursement will only be done on the correspondence address mentioned by the candidate in the application form. 4. Candidates presently employed in Govt. Deptt. / PSUs / Semi Govt. Departments will be required to submit their applications through proper channel. However, Advance copy to RCF may be sent, if necessary. 5. The filled up Application Form along with enclosure(s) must reach at the given address latest by 24/07/2013. 6. Application Form of SC/ST/PWD candidates/ Children/Family members of the victims of 1984 riots without a copy of the prescribed certificate from competent Authority will be rejected. 7. The post applied for is to be written at the top left-hand corner of the envelope, while sending the Application Form to RCF along with required documents. 8. No communication (written/telephonic) will be entertained after the closing date of the submission of the Application Form, as regards the date of Interview etc. the candidates should await the intimation from the Company. 9. The Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Mumbai. 10. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
