Position: This is a full-time position to: (i) Manage Business Development functions of the Company; (ii) Coach and build a team of 2-3 persons performing Marketing, Sales and Client Relationship Management (CRM) activities; and (iii) Assist senior leadership in Strategic planning and Decision-making relating to Business Development. We intend to recruit a high-potential young person with relevant qualifications and practical experience to support the growth strategy of the Company and assume a senior management position in the future.

Management Consultants Assistant Manager (Business Development)

Key Roles: Formulate the Business Development Strategy and Finalize the Marketing and Sales Plan(s) of the Company to achieve the Financial and Business Goals of the Company; Manage the Business Development Functions of the Company; Build the Business Development Capabilities of the Company; Coach and Build the Team for effective performance of Marketing, Sales and CRM functions; Assist Senior Leadership in Strategic Business Development Matters.

Key Responsibilities: Preparing the business development strategy to execute the strategic plan of the Company, in terms of market share, revenue and brand development, by identifying strategic business opportunities to increase the sales of the Company in the short/medium/long term horizons; Performing analyses of potential market segments and their needs; Presentation to and consultation with senior leadership on business trends with a view to developing new products, services and distribution channels; Coordination with consultants for developing market-oriented service offerings and client-focused service blueprints; Forecasting sales targets and ensuring their achievement; Conducting secondary market research for identifying prospective strategic clients with a view to build stable strategic accounts; Developing interface with existing strategic clients for increased sales including crossselling; Planning and executing B2B sales and marketing plans; Sales lead generation; Initiating client contact and engagement; Managing the sales process from initial sales identification to proposal submission and onwards to proposal win; Performing key client account management, and coordinating with other team members for effective CRM; Keeping a close watch on emerging market trends, client needs, and industry practices, and proactively making appropriate modifications in business development strategy, and marketing and sales plans, to achieve the business and financial goals; Developing systems, processes, and practices for business development planning, management and execution capabilities of the Company; and Coaching and building a team for effective performance of marketing, sales and CRM functions. 2

Desired Qualifications: Required Experience:

Management Consultants Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field from an HEC recognized university, with 3.0 GPA or above 1-2 years practical experience of strategic marketing and selling of sophisticated services/solutions to mid/large/growing businesses, and working as part of a team.
