The paper shall be of 100 marks and of Three hours duration. The candidates will have to attempt five questions in all. A question may or may not be divided in parts but where a question is divided in parts ,the candidates will have to attempt all parts of the same question in continuation .Question or a part thereof may be based on principles and contents of law/ codified law ,on problems or decided cases. The Viva-Voce shall be of 50 Marks. The Viva-Voce Will be conductec by a Board of Two Examiners. One Internal Examiner (Head of the Department,or his/ or Principals nominee) and One External Examine, to be appointed by the University. The questions Will be asked from the Papers Prescribed for LL.B.Part-I
