Operation

Before starting the travel operation, please be sure to read the descriptions of 3-5. Cautions in travel and 3-6. Traveling posture in the instruction manual for CR285D.

2-1.Starting
Carry out the travel operation by engine.

Do not carry out the travel operation by motor.

WARNING

Start the traveling operation after confirming the safety to see if there is anyone or any obstacle around the machine or on the traveling road. Check particularly to see if there is any projection or groove in the course of reverse travel, and carry out ground leveling if necessary.

When starting the traveling operation, set the engine rotation to low speed and operate the machine slowly. This machine is designed in Earth-moving system that moves also the operator simultaneously with starting. Do not start the traveling operation abruptly particularly in reverse travel. Otherwise, a serious accident may be caused. If the safety can not be confirmed because of a blind corner in forward direction, stop traveling and confirm the safety. Take measures such as posting a guide, etc. according to the circumstances.

Do not travel the machine by motor. Travel the machine by engine. If you travel the machine by motor, the cabtyre cable entwines to cause falling down or unexpected accident.
