applying the rules.

When creating a mobile CV that is internetbased it means it can be accessed by anyone with an internet connection which is why its incredibly important to consider the legal and ethical problems you might face. The example given is a unit I have been working on It includes a lot of my work that I have been working on over the past year and this could involve different breaches of legislations which is may be the ones listed below.

Copyright: The portfolio will be majoritively my work however there is the possibility of having an incorporation of someone elses work or invention that is the result of creativity such as design. This could face legal issues. Paternal Rights: When using copyrighted music the artist has been listed, there will be a link to a disclaimer which references the sources of the images. Permission will need to be obtained from the creator of the work to be able to be listed in my portfolio. Data Protection Act: After completing a community project working with children of 3 to 4 years of age, if I was to use this work in my portfolio not only would I be breaching the Child Protection Act but the Data Protection Act by enclosing information about the children such as name, age, gender and race.

LEGAL

ETHICAL

Authorship & Ownership: All that is created is by me and if I was to incorporate other peoples work I would state a clear mention. This would mean that I am not breaching or claiming the ownership of work that isnt mine. Representation: All content is in no way biased and showing different types of people. There is no signs of discrimination to any race, age, gender, sexuality or class but usually represents people in a positive way. If representation was going to be played on in the content then it would be stated.
