In preparation for the upcoming 6th National Council, you are hereby reminded of the deadline of the remittance of quarterly dues on or before August 15, 2013. In consonance thereto, there is a need to elect new set of officers who shall serve for another term of one year including delegates of the district and regional assemblies. Thus Regional Council Chairpersons must call on your district officers to hold these annual district assemblies to be done on or before August 18, 2013 prior to regional assemblies which must be on or before August 30, 2013. You are reminded to follow our statute on electing through secret ballot the officers and the delegates as enshrined in the pertinent provisions of Article VII (Regional, District and Local Organizational Structures). Aside from your remittance, you are required to submit the following documents to the National Secretariat after these elections: 1. Attendance Sheet; 2. Minutes of the Meeting signed by Secretary and Chairperson; 3. The list of names of the new set of officers and delegates with contact details; 4. The names of all members of the district and regional assembly, as the case may be, with their complete names and contact details. (See attached excel forms ready for input.) Ensure that all dues-paying members have been notified of the date, time and venue of your respective district and/or regional assemblies. (Sample forms are attached in this advisory. )Regions with new districts, please include submission of the newly organized districts for proper documentation at the National Secretariat.
