INTRODUCTION:

Bullying builds character like nuclear waste creates superheroes. Its a rare occurrence and often does much more damage than endowment.

Bullying is one of the Problems in our community, especially in School nowadays. Bullying can be defined as the habits of some students who are not totally happy with his/her life so that they do bully to their fellow students. Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, overtime. Both kids who are bullied and who are bully are having a serious problem so that they express it in a bad way that can cause another problem and make it a tradition to their self. The bullying is an unavoidable habit to the children especially in the students. Bullying behavior, an old phenomenon, has been a recent research interest of educators over the past ten years (Olweus, 1994; Ross, 1996). Bullying is not only occurs in the Philippines but also Worldwide. It occurs in all grade-levels although most frequently at the elementary levels. Bullying behavior can be defined as repeated Emotional, verbal, and/or physical attacks against other students who are look like dirty, not perfectly beautiful, not proper of dressing or something different from other and being ugly, so that they cannot properly defend themselves. Bullying defined as a negative action on the part of one or more students that is repeated over time. It implies an imbalance of respect of people and not respecting the rights of a person. There are a lot of students especially in High School Levels are increasing the numbers of bullied and bully, so that there is a policy who are handling this problem , thats what we called A Child Protection Policy. For purposes of this Act, bullying shall refer to any severe or repeated use by one or more students of a written, verbal or electronic expression, or a physical act or gesture, or any combination thereof, directed at another student that has the effect of actually causing or placing the latter in reasonable fear of physical or emotional harm or

damage to his property; creating a bad environment at school for the other student; not respecting the rights of the other student at school; or materially and substantially disrupting the education process or the orderly operation of a school. The Department of Education (DepEd) shall include in its training programs, courses or activities which shall provide opportunities for school administrators, teachers and other employees to develop their knowledge and skills in preventing or responding to any bullying act. It empowers the Department of Education to penalize schools that do not stop bullying or sanction student bullies. Bullying is the use of force or strength to abuse or intimidate others. Bullying is the one problem in different Schools. HSL Braille College is one of the schools, who are suffering from Bullying. They also experiencing bullying and they imbibe the bullying instead of implementing the rules and regulation. Some students are very expert in doing these things, sometimes they bully some students who are not really good-looking and look like a weird students. They cant avoid bullying because it is already their habit and always do it every day, its like a rules in school that must be follow always, even if it is not. Some students bully to get power. They think that gets their name out there that makes them feel cool they get attention they become popular. But some bullies do it just because they like to hurt people or some students see the victim cry and if the victim has to the nerve to respond the bully has no pity. Most people think if you are popular you can get away with things that they know isn't right. Some common causes of bullying is when kids don't have enough super vision they think they can get away with any think Another causes is that some people just have an aggressive personality, and because they have they low self-confidence issues. Bullying cannot cause only physically but it can cause a Death. I choose this topic not only to solve the problem in our school it is because I read a suicide letter about bullying and this is the note:
"Dear Mommy and Daddy, All of my life i have been teased harassed and pushed around. I can't stand it anymore.

I love you all very much and Im sorry to do this to you and disappoint you once more, but I just can't go on living because there's no place in the world for someone like me." - Kirby's suicide note

I don't think it's fair for kids to feel that unwanted and made fun of so much that they decide to take their own life away. Its not fair to them and their family, because of kids who can't grow up and realize that bullying is not okay. Have you ever been bullied? Has it ever made you want to bully other people? Do you think some people bully others because they want to become popular? Or do you think some people bully others because they've been bullied too much and they want to retaliate to some other students?

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

This study attempts bullying to conduct, investigate the effects of bullying on the emotional behavior of the Selected Third Year High School Students of HSL Braille College S.Y 2013-2014. Furthermore, it will seek to answer the following questions: 1. What is the status of the selected Third Year Students In terms of: 1.1 Age 1.2 Gender
