Online applications are invited from Indian Citizens male and female for filling up of various posts on contractual basis initially for two year (Extendable on satisfactory performance) in Model Hospitals of Indo Petroleum ** established in Educationally Backward Blocks of the states by way of direct recruitment through the website www.indopetroleum.in .The online application can be filled up by 27th July, 2013 till 5:00 PM, thereafter, website link will be disabled. The candidates are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for last date of submission of online application. The printed copy of the online form with necessary certification will be brought at the time of test/ interview/verification. The details of the posts are as under: Sl. Staff Nurse Gr II (Sister


Grade II)

Essential: i)Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized University/Board. ii)Certification in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognised Institution or Equivalent qualification for male Nurses. iii) Should be a registered 'A' grade Nurse and Midwife with a State Nursing Council or equivalent qualification for male Nurses.

Written Test for Staff Nurse Grade II: The Syllabus for the written examination will be based on the Syllabus / Curriculum of Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery, General knowledge, English and Basic Computer applications. SELECTION PROCEDURE The Recruitment process will have two stages: STAGE-1:- Written Examination:Note:a) There will be Penalty for wrong answers. For every wrong answer marked by the candidates, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted. b) Examination will be conducted on-line. c) Cut-Offs (Minimum Qualifying Marks) on Objective Tests will be decided based on the Group performance. d) The candidates will be short listed for interview for the post of Staff Nurse Grade II respectively. STATE - II- Interview. Ranking high enough in the merit list of written examination will be called for interview in the ratio of maximum 2 candidates for each vacancy. Candidates are required to score a minimum percentage marks (to be decided by the Board) in interview to be considered for final selection. 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS category will be available thereon. Final selections will be made on the basis of candidate's performance in the written test and interview taken together.

1. The number of posts may increase or decrease. The department has right to cancel or withdraw the advertisement. The prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for Test/ interview. In the event of number of applications being large, the Department of School Education, Indo petroleum Management Technology may short list the candidates for Test/ interview by any criteria to be adopted by the Department. The decision of the Department in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application, eligibility/suitability of the candidates, mode of and criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates. No enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Other instructions and complete information is available at Departments websites www.indopetroleum.in Post Scale of pay Eligibility Criteria Staff Nurse Grade II Rs. 9300 -34,800 + 3200 (GP), Rs.10000/fix for contractual period MEDICAL STANDARD:i) The minimum distant vision should be 6/12 of two eyes (without glasses) and shall be free from colour

blindness. ii) Candidates who have undergone Lasik surgery for improvement of their vision (Eye Sight) will be eligible if their vision (Eye Sight) is found normal after the conduct of the following Taste at the Govt. Hospital:1. Contrast sensitivity. 2. Dim light vision (Mesopic vision) 3. Glare acuity iii) The Candidate must not have knock kness. flat foot, varicose vein, loss or deformity of fingers & chest and Joints, halux valgus, halux rigidus, squint in eyes, bow legs and other deformity including loss of any part of body. iv) The candidate should be of sound state of health, free from defect, deformity or dlsease likely to interface with the efficent performance of the duties. No relaxation is allowed to any category of candidates on this count.

A) Age limit for Direct Recruitment between 18 and 35 as on 27.07.2013. B) Age Relaxation Admissible : Maximum Relaxation in upper age limit will be as under :i) Up to a Maximum of 05 years in the case of SC/ST candidates. ii) Up to a Maximum of 03 years in case of OBC candidates. iii) Up to a Maximum of 10 years in respect of Physically Handicapped persons. iv) An Ex-Serviceman who has put in not less than 6 months continuous in the Armed Force (Army, Navy and Air Force) shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his / her actual age if the resultant age does not excees the Maximum age limit prescribed for the post of more than 3 years he/she shall be deemd to satisfy the condition regarding age limit. 1. Selected candidates will be entitled to various allowances as admissible to the Indo petroleum Management Technology employees depending upon the place of posting. 2. While selected candidates are likely to be posted/transferred to anywhere in India. 3. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years which can be extended for a period of another one year subject to the performance of candidates. During the probation period, services of probationer can be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons. 4. Before applying for the post, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfills all the essential and other eligibility conditions prescribed for the post.

5. Any disputes in regard to this Recruitment will be subject to courts/tribunals having jurisdiction over Delhi where the office is located. 3

The decision of the Samiti in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, penalty for false information, mode of selection, and conduct of trade test/screening test will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry /correspondence will be entertained in this regard. 7. Indo petroleum Management Technology, Regional Office, Delhi have the right to cancel the said advertisement at any time/stage without assigning any reasons in this regard. 8. (i) Candidates will have to pay Non Refundable Fee offline cash Deposit/Transfer by NEFT Challan or online
through any Banks Debit Card (ATM)/ Credit Card or Netbanking. Application Fee Rs. 360/- for General/OBC Category and Rs. 230/- for Reserved Category (SC/ST/PH). (ii) Refund of fee will not be allowed in any case.

Reservation for PH will be as per GOI rule. Note:-The tentative vacancies as given may increase or decrease.
