Terms and Conditions: 1. Tariff include of design and development of the advertisement banner as per client's data and images/logo. Images/logo must be supplied in soft illustrated format. 2. Client will keep the ad. for maximum one year at the same rate from the time of upload. 3. Client will be charged extra 2000 BDT to relocate the Ad. Banner within the contract period. 4. Client can change the contents of the ad. for maximum 2 times a year. After that Tk. 1,000 will be added for each modification of the contents. 5. Payment terms: 50% with work order, rest 50% within 03 days of final uploading of the advertisement. 6. Payment method: Account cheque in favor of "Amader Barisal" or cash payment to proper advertising representative. 7. Rates are inclusive of Govt. Tax and VAT. 8. No advertisement will be published without receipt of this agreement, completed and signed by the advertiser.
