This assignment is more important for us because this assignment helps us to experience practically implementation of HRM and its also helping how to conduct job interview. In this assignment we deeply study and implement on the selection process advertisement to select the applicant for specific job. Firstly we advertise for executive job in Finance, Marketing and HRM we design an attractive ad in which we mention what is Sapphire Fiber Textile, job position, job specification, minimum academic record and also procedure how to apply in SFT. After advertising we collect C.V and then initial screening of applicant on this basis
We short listed the applicant who meet the minimum criteria for the three categories and called the short listed candidates for the job interview of marketing, finance, and HR executive. We conduct unstructured interview and observe their confident level, communication skills, dressing, attitude, company knowledge and general information about specific job. After interview we select three candidates of Finance, Marketing and HRM each.
