Sapphire needs executive for Finance, Marketing and HRM jobs. 23 candidates are apply for that jobs in which 9 candidates are rejected in initial screening test because of these reasons. Lack of Information Not mention CGPA Documents incomplete

After advertising we collect C.V and then initial screening of applicant on this basis

We conduct unstructured interview and observe their confident level, communication skills, dressing, attitude, company knowledge and general information about specific job. After interview we select three candidates of Finance, Marketing and HRM each.
