HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT The practice of Human Resource Management (HRM) must be viewed through the prism of overall strategic goals for the organization instead of a standalone tint that takes a unit based or a micro approach. Our HRM program integrates with the organizations overall strategy to ensure effective use of people and provide better returns to the organizations. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT The orchestration of various business processes through a concerted effort is crucial in any business and one of the most significant ones would be economic decisions that involve those processes. This is definitely part of the quest for radically changing an organizations processes and core business functions with the objective of improving its efficiency, product/service quality, profitability and competitive advantage. This course covers financial decision making to a wide variety of managerial situations, including financial statement analysis; asset valuation, budgeting; cost management and evaluation of economic performance.
