2. In the Open field, type dxdiag to open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool

Install SQLEXPR32
(a.2.1) Click the SQLEXPR32 (32 bit) NOTE: If your Windows OS version is 64 bit, install the SQLEXPR64 executable file.
(a.2.2) Accept the End User License Agreement by ticking the checkbox, then click Next >
(a.2.6) Identify the Name and Company, then uncheck the Hide advance configuration option. Click Next >

2. Expand the SQL Server 2005 Network Configuration, open Protocols for MSSQLSERVER then Enable the TCP/IP
3. Go to SQL Server 2005 Services then right-click the SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) then choose Restart

1. Open the folder Packages or FOLDER, then open Server Tools folder and run Setup.exe

3. Enter User Name and Company Name then click Next >. When prompted choose TYPICAL.

NOTE: The User Id is sa and the Password was the one you set in Mixed Mode when you installed SQL Server, which is B1Admin.
NOTE: If Server Name (local) does not work, you can go to SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT STUDIO. Click Server Name then choose <browse for more> then expand Database Engine select the server you want to connect then copy and paste it to the Server Name in SAP Business One Server Installation.

NOTE: When prompted by license server you may type either 127.0.0.1 localhost or the server name.

XI. How to activate Service Manager/License Manager in Windows Vista Business Edition/Windows 7
1. Open the Control Panel, and type UAC into the search box. Click Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off
2. Uncheck the box for Use User Account Control (UAC), and then click on the OK button.

Reboot your computer for changes to take effect, but you should be all done with annoying prompts.

RESTORING DATABASE
2. Then a new window will appear, put the database name as Student 1 in the To database field
and change the Source for restore to From Device, Click Browse ()

7. Check the Restore in Select the backup sets to restore, then Click OK
8. Wait until the progress is finish, then the newly restored database will appear in the Databases in
Object Explorer
NOTE: To add new Student Database, just repeat steps 3 to 8,but change the database name (for example: Student 2).

DELETING A DATABASE
1. Expand the Database Tab ([+]), then right click the database you want to remove and choose DELETE
2. A Delete object prompt will appear, check the close existing connections, then click OK

2. Enter the information for the user. If you want to make the user a Superuser, tick the Superuser check box

2. Click the Change User button, and then enter the User Code and Password.

2. Choose manager using Previous Record Button and Click the Command Button (located at the
lower left of the form)
3. Insert the old password (manager) and the New Password the click OK command button
