PE Error

No Power Troubleshooting
1. When the power does not come on
The power does not come on.
Is the voltage between orange (No. 6) and pink (No. 7) of CN7 connector of main PBA 4.5V or above and the voltage between orange (No. 6) and white (No. 9) 10.5V or above?

The main PBA is defective. Please replace it.

Is the connector of graphic LED seated properly? Connect the connector firmly.

PRODUCT: BULLETIN NUMBER: BULLETIN DATE: MODELS: Chassis
SUBJECT: Customer complains the unit starts operating by itself. SYMPTOM: The front panel buttons activate with very light pressure and are very sensitive. SOLUTION: Order and install new ASSY Panel Control (DD97-00105A). The replacement board has been reprogrammed to reduce the sensitivity of the buttons.
